  <p>This is an exciting role with a great deal of patient
contact and opportunities to increase and consolidate both skills and
knowledge. You will work under direct supervision of the senior Occupational
therapists and Physiotherapists. You will have the autonomy to assess specified
patients as well as carry out rehabilitation and help facilitate timely
discharges and maximise patients' independence. You will act as a source to
provide health education and advice to patients, carers, and their families.</p><p>



The post will combine competencies from
physiotherapy and occupational therapy disciplines, to support the delivery of
the therapy services to patients within a community rehabilaition ward setting.</p>

  <p>ou will be a registered staff nurse and have excellent assessment, planning and evaluation skills to deliver clinical care to patients and support our Nursing Assistants.
You will coordinate and manage care ensuring that all calls are effectively assessed, triaged, allocated and recorded. You will have an overview of the service as a whole to ensure that patients and staff remain safe and care is appropriate and effective overnight. E.g. re-allocating work to cover unexpected staff absence.  At times you will be expected to work clinically and deliver direct patient care, though the majority of your role will be clinical triage via telephone. 
You must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills as you will be coordinating care for a large number of complex patients.
You will provide clinical leadership, including line management of Band 5 Staff Nurses, and oversee line management of our Band 3 Nursing Assistants.
You must be able to think on your feet, problem solve and juggle conflicting priorities as well as motivate others in challenging times and utilise the resources available to you effectively.
The hours of work are 17:00pm-22:00pm over 7 days a week (including bank holidays).  The role is based from Hunslet Health Centre, though it is expected that you could travel across the city of Leeds during your shift to deliver patient care. 
It would be expected that you are available to work on a rota over 7 evenings per week, 365 days per year.

  <p>Our dedicated team is seeking to recruit a fixed term or secondment opportunity for a Band 7 Psychological Therapist. This post will be covering maternity leave within the team for 12 months. We are seeking a therapist with an accredited core therapy training and experience working with individuals with complex or single event trauma and/or loss. Training and experience in delivering either Trauma-focused CBT or EMDR is desirable but not essential. The role involves delivering evidence-based interventions to support women and birthing people who have experienced mental health difficulties relating to their birth experience, including Birth Trauma, fear of childbirth (Tokophobia), baby loss and separation from their baby due to Children's Services involvement.</p> <p>This fantastic opportunity has arisen to be involved in the continued development and delivery of a specialist birth trauma and perinatal loss service. We are a small, dedicated team comprising of Clinical Psychologists, Peer Support Workers and Specialist Midwives, offering specialist assessment and psychological interventions to women and birthing people.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong><em>Do you have empathy and passion to support women experiencing perinatal trauma and/or loss? Do you have experience of working within perinatal services or an interest in perinatal mental health and willingness to learn more about working within this field?</em></strong></p> <p>This exciting opportunity is available to be part of a developing a service, working with the Lotus Maternal Therapeutic Outreach Team. The successful candidate will contribute to the provision of the Psychological Therapy Services within NSFT.</p> <p>Interventions currently offered by the team include CBT, EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy and CAT. The role will involve liaising with other health care teams and supporting families with possible safeguarding risks.</p> <p>The role will also include completing telephone triage and mental health assessments for new referrals.</p>

  <p>This post is part of the Perinatal Psychological Therapies leadership team responsible for overseeing the Psychology provision in their patch. The Clinical Psychology team across the service comprises one band 8b Clinical Psychologist, band 8a Practitioner Psychologists, band 7 Practitioner Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, Trainee Clinical Psychologists and Honorary Placement Students.</p>
<p>The post holder will actively contribute to the planning, development and evaluation of perinatal mental health services using advanced clinical leadership skills and knowledge to provide training and consultancy in clinical psychology within the specialty area of perinatal mental health. The post holder will be responsible for assessing and treating service users in Camden and Islington. 20% of their workload is expected to be management &amp; leadership and 80% will be clinical interventions.   <p><strong>The current post advertised is for 1 part-time (0.4wte), permanent role for Senior Perinatal Practitioner Psychological Therapist (BABCP accredited): </strong></p> <p><strong>Based in the East Team, with boroughs of responsibility Enfield &amp; Haringey.</strong></p> <p><strong>Important note: The successful candidate will be expected to build community links, referral pathways and provide clinical assessments and evidence based interventions both at their borough of responsibility and their team base.
