  <p><strong>We are looking for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to work alongside an integrated mental health team based at HMP Full Sutton.</strong></p><p>Rethink Mental Illness work alongside Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust (TEWV) and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust to deliver an integrated stepped care mental health service within HMP Full Sutton.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will work as part of
an integrated primary care mental health team within the Prison to provide high
volume, low intensity interventions which will be a range of cognitive
behavioural therapy (CBT) based self-management interventions, for clients with
mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
This includes providing guided self-help in both 1:1 and group formats,
in line with the current Step 2 IAPT guidelines. I am an accredited PWP, either with BPS or BABCP</p><p>You will also work

  <p>The team compromises a range of highly skilled professionals who work collaboratively to provide the highest quality of care for those with mental health needs within the prison and for Rethink Mental Illness employees, this is carried out between 0800 1600 Monday to Friday.</p><p>You will work as part of an integrated care mental health team delivering Step 1 interventions, working alongside other professionals to support the mental health of the prison population.The team support people with a common mental health problem in the self-management of their recovery, building a professional relationship of trust in a non-judgmental manner with every client as a basis for developing and enabling therapeutic relationships.This ranges from providing informal information, support, and signposting, facilitating group activities and forums, to developing and training Peer Mentors and delivering service user engagement activities. <p>We are excited to recruit the right qualified EMHPs. We have posts available in both Hull and East Riding Mental Health Support Teams.</p>
<p>The teams work directly into schools and colleges with children and young people between the ages of 5 to 18.</p>
<p>The teams support schools and the wider system and have a particular focus on whole school approach, advice, support, guidance and consultation.</p>
<p>The teams also deliver targeted low intensity CBT informed based 1:1 and group sessions, parent led workshops and creative based interventions to support mild to moderate social, emotional and mental health needs.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful candidate with appropriate supervision, will work as an autonomous and responsible practitioner as their training affords and within the scope of their local job description, to engage in.</p>

<li>Delivering evidence-based intervention for children and young people in education setting with mild to moderate mental health problems</li>
<li>Helping children and young people within these settings who present with more severe problems to rapidly access more specialist services</li>
<li>Supporting and facilitating staff in education settings to identify and where appropriate manage issues related to mental health and wellbeing</li>
<li>Working with and within education environments to afford better access to specialist mental health services, and use the acquired skills, knowledge and abilities to deliver a service based within education settings that builds on and reinforces but does not replace those initiatives that already exist within these environments.</li>

Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced <strong>Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) - Band 5 or 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse</strong> to join their <strong>Community Mental Health Service in Hull</strong>. This is a temporary <strong>8-week</strong> (with the potential to be extended) opportunity to work within a recovery-focused service supporting working-aged adults experiencing secondary mental health illness.<strong>About the Team:</strong>The Team is a <strong>multi-disciplinary team</strong> comprising community psychiatric nurses, social workers, care officers, occupational therapists, healthcare support workers, clinical psychologists, and psychiatrists. The team uses a <strong>recovery-focused pathway model</strong>, planning care to support service users' progress towards self-reliance and personal goals in areas such as mental health, physical health, living skills, responsibilities, relationships, and social networks.
