We are looking to recruit a Psychologist, Psychology assistant and a Peer Support Worker to look at creative solutions to support people.</p> <p>We are looking for a Peer Support Worker with lived experience that can work with individuals, the team and our partner organisations. We'd like you to bring your unique experience to the role to help us develop the team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>
<li>To work as part of a team supporting people with multiple complex mental health needs who are also experiencing homelessness.</li>
<li>Reporting directly to the team manager and under the professional supervision of the Peer Support Worker Lead.</li>
<li>To work across systems within GHC and across organisation, including Housing, Adult Social Care (ASC), Change Grow Live (CGL) substance misuse service, and other relevant partners.</li>
<li>To work in unconventional clinical environments (e.g. rough sleeper sites, supported housing, partner agency units, in the community etc) to deliver support to individuals with complex emotional needs.</li>
<li>To work with direct partners, team, senior management, commissioners, and partners to implement NICE guidelines NG214 'Integrated Health and Social Care for people experiencing homelessness' within the Trust, the team and wider services.</li>
<li>The role of peer support worker has been developed specifically for people who have lived experience of complex needs and homelessness.</li>
<li>The successful candidate would be a highly valued member of the multi-disciplinary team, the PSW during the development phase will offer limited support and practical assistance to service users in order for them to regain control over their lives and their own unique recovery process.</li>

  <p>Are you passionate about perinatal mental health? If so, we are currently looking for enthusiastic, forward thinking and self-motivated individual to join our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality, person-centred support to people accessing care under the Perinatal Mental Health Service.</p><p>We are looking to recruit an individual that has lived experience of mental health difficulties within the perinatal period as a Perinatal Peer Support Worker in our Mid and North East Hampshire patch.</p><p>The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Perinatal Community Mental Health Team provides mental health support and services for birthing people and their families during pregnancy and up to 24 months after birth. The team prioritises people with moderate to severe and complex mental health needs. The service also provides consultation for advice, information and signposting for people with a less severe mental illness in the perinatal period to primary care providers including GP's Health visitors and maternity services as well as the birthing people themselves.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Peer Support Workers are people with previous experience of using mental health services who are employed, trained and supported to use these experiences to support others. At the heart of the role is the building of safe, trusting relationships based on the sharing of lived experience. The focus of the peer worker role is on enabling individuals to discover and make use of their strengths, and to build and strengthen connections to their peers and wider communities.</p><p>The successful applicant will be working alongside our other existing Peer Support Workers. The team's current base is Southern House in Otterbourne near Winchester.</p><p>The role is part of an innovative service providing specialist assessment, support and treatment for women/birthing people and their families. The service is an early implementer site in developing a Maternity Mental Health Service and has close links with NHS Talking Therapy services with the aim of ensuring a clear pathway for women/birthing people in terms of their health and wellbeing during the antenatal and postnatal period.</p><p>We offer candidates an excellent local induction to the team including peer to peer induction shadowing and opportunity to learn and expand knowledge around the specialism of Perinatal Mental Health care. In addition the Trust also offers a comprehensive Peer Support training package and opportunity to network within the PSW community in the trust, with a dedicated Peer Support Worker Lead.</p>

  <p>Our Peer Support Workforce is expanding and we are looking to recruit STR Lived Experience Support Workers to work in Liaison and Diversion Reconnect Resettlement service.</p> <p>Our Lived Experience Support Workers will work across our Court and Reconnect services. A key responsibility isfacilitating community engagement by helping service users connect with community groups and networks, which promotes social inclusion and a positive identity. The role also involves advocating for service users' rights, accompanying them to appointments, welcoming them to a service, signposting advice and promoting autonomy and self-management. <p>We are looking for an exceptional Art, Drama or Music Psychotherapist to join our new specialist acute inpatient service for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.</p>
<p>This role will provide a rare and exciting career opportunity to be instrumental in contributing to the design, implementation and ongoing evaluation of Arts Psychotherapy within a highly specialist inpatient setting. You will be expected to have excellent team working and groupwork skills, and an ability to deliver individual and group interventions within an inpatient environment.</p>
<p>In addition to shaping and delivering direct assessment, formulation and intervention, you will contribute to wider service development and pathways, including training, consultation, reflective practice and staff wellbeing.</p>
<p>You will be expected to contribute to service improvement, audit and research as appropriate, working with colleagues and linking with relevant partner organisations such as academic institutions, to help us realise our vision of being a centre of excellence.</p>

      <p>To provide a specialist arts psychotherapy service including assessment and treatment, using advanced levels of skill, for individual and group shorter and longer-term art psychotherapy and to advise teams in relation to service users complex needs and the range of interventionsavailable.</p> <p>To carry out assessments and consultation to inform and enable comprehensive information gathering to establish diagnosis, re service users who present with unclear symptoms and complex mental health difficulties.</p> <p>Regularly review and evaluate the therapy including levels of risk as part of the CPA process.</p> <p>Communicate with empathy and sensitivity with service users and carers with an awareness and understanding of their problems and often complex issues.</p> <p>To be responsible for own specialist caseload working within Trust policies, protocols and guidelines.</p> <p>To record service users progress in RIO patient records, write reports and input statistical date.</p> <p>To engage in reflective practice and clinical supervision and to offer clinical supervision to arts psychotherapy staff and other colleagues, as required.
