  <p>This post sits within the Children and Young Peoples Learning Disability Service within Mindworks at Surrey and Borders. The Children's LD Service is a Surrey County Wide Service, with 4 bases: Redhill Leatherhead Chertsey and Godalming. This post is being advertised as a development post, however if you have the relevant knowledge and experience for a Band 8a you are also able to apply.</p>
<p>The service is a friendly welcoming and supportive Team, made up of Nurses Psychology Music Therapy and Psychiatry along with Admin colleagues. There is a monthly Business Meeting and twice monthly clinical issues meeting, with a quarterly LD Forum.</p>
<p>The post holder will hold a case load of young people and provide appropriate interventions / support. This will include working with the family/ carers and wider MDT to ensure a consistency of approach. The post holder will also provide regular supervision to the AP based in the geographical area. They will be supported by the Clinical Psychologist in their development. Alongside regular supervision and appraisal with an identified development plan. The post holder will also contribute to the service ASD Pathway and any other pathways that are appropriate.</p>

  <p><strong>Operational Lead - MHST Clinical (or Family of) Psychology, Systemic Family Psychotherapy, Child Psychotherapy, Community Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, Art Psychotherapist or other core CAMHS profession registered with a governing body.</strong></p> <p>Bedfordshire CAMHS are excited to be recruiting into 5 posts for Band 8a Clinical Lead post (0.5 WTE) in each of our Mental Health Support Teams (MHST). The MHSTs are part of an exciting project funded by NHS England, Health Education England and partners with the aim of improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community in response to the government's Green Paper for Young People's Mental Health. Bedfordshire &amp; Luton have been successful in having several MHST sites benefiting from significant investment in this area. This post is an opportunity to work with school staff and school cultures in developing school environments that are more conducive to supporting sustainably better emotional health and wellbeing.   <p>We are looking for a confident CAMHS professional with a demonstrable track record of providing good quality evidence-based interventions, experienced in offering clinical supervision and improving service quality with a strong interest in service development. You will be either a Nurse, Social worker, Art Psychotherapist, Psychotherapist or Psychologist with the requisite professional registration.</p> <p>The community served is multi-ethnic and culturally diverse and we welcome applicants who are skilled at working with the richness and complexity of this multicultural context. You will also provide triage, mental health assessments, effective brief therapeutic support, group work and workshops to prevent moderate to severe mental health problems developing, using the Thrive model.   <p>A highly specialist speech and language therapist is needed to provide leadership and ensure that we achieve top quality physical health outcomes across our inpatient mental health units.</p> <p>We provide care to a wide variety of patients with speech, language, communication and dysphagia needs, such as ABI, Stroke, Dementia and trauma and work closely with our colleagues on the team and the wards.</p>  <p>We are a multidisciplinary satellite service providing physical healthcare across a number of sites for adult and older adult populations with an acute mental illness, including Dietitians and Physiotherapists as well as the ward staff (including nurses, occupational therapists, doctors, art/drama therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists etc.).</p> <p>You will be supported in your role by the Team Manager, whom you will also deputise for alongside the other Band 7 Clinicians. There is an expectation that you will want to clinically develop and contribute to research, audit and CPD both for yourself and the team.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Physical Health Allied Health Professions (AHP) Team works within mental health hospitals with patients who present with an acute mental health crisis. Patients who have been sectioned under the Mental Health Act are admitted to mental health hospitals for a period of assessment and treatment of their mental health diagnosis. During their admission the AHP Team are able to offer support with their physical health concerns.</p> <p> To provide S&amp;LT Service (assessment and management) to a designated caseload of the mental health inpatient population of West London NHS Trust. This will include Acute Mental Health Services and Older People's Mental Health Services.</p> <p> To be based at trust HQ and cover the in-patient wards of Ealing, Hammersmith &amp; Fulham, Hounslow and Southall as per designated caseload.</p> <p> To contribute to the development of the service and the provision of multi-professional training within the Trust.</p> <p>To support others by providing clinical leadership, day to day supervision, clinical advice and clinical supervision as appropriate.</p>

  <p>On the first of February 2021 the Royal Brompton &amp; Harefield Hospitals became part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust- a truly once in a generation development.</p>
<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced radiographer to join our friendly skilled radiology team at Royal Brompton Hospital, specialist centre for the treatment of heart and lung disease. The post offers the chance to develop highly specialised skills in heart and lung imaging.</p>
<p>In January 2022 we opened a new diagnostic imaging centre with state-of-the-art facilities including an additional CT scanner (Siemens Force), a dedicated interventional radiology lab (Phillips Azurion 7) and a Siemens fluoroscopy &amp; DR room. There is plan to install a Siemens Photon Counting CT in our Sydney Street wing soon. The rest of the department is within the existing buildings and includes; 2 Siemens CT scanners, 6 cardiac catheter labs, including a hybrid theatre/cath lab, 2 general DR x-ray rooms and DR mobiles.</p>
<p>We offer supportive comprehensive training in the specialist imaging modalities focused on cardiac and respiratory procedures and you will be part of a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post is rotational and you will be working throughout all areas including general X-Ray, fluoroscopy, CT scanning and the cardiac catheter labs.</p>
<p>All applicants for this post would receive comprehensive training in both CT, IR and the catheter labs, with a focus on cardiac and respiratory procedures. We believe strongly in developing all staff to their fullest potential, with a focus on all radiographers being fully trained to undertake a full range of cardiac catheter interventions, cardiac CT including both adults and paediatrics, scanning and assisting in interventional CT and a variety of interventional radiology procedures. We pride ourselves on delivering individualised excellent patient care.</p>

  <p>ARCH (Addictions Recovery Centre Hillingdon) is well established partnership service between CNWL and Via. We provide structured treatment and support for people with drug and alcohol difficulties.</p> <p>We have three upcoming Assistant Psychologist roles in ARCH which will cover the core service, the Recovery Day Programme (RDP) and the Rough Sleeper's team.   <p><strong>Clinical</strong></p>
<p>To undertake Psychosocial Inventions and Workshops of clients referred to the Drug and Alcohol Service. This may include using motivational interviewing techniques, self-report measures, risk assessment, rating scales, direct and indirect observations and semi-structured interviews with clients, family members and others involved in the client's care. Providing evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT to help people overcome their addiction).</p>
<p>To work in a highly emotive atmosphere with clients with substance use problems on a regular basis, and be able to communicate sensitive and complex information, whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism at all times. May be subject to verbal aggression in individual sessions.</p>

  <p>Psychologists are integral and valued key members of the Mental Health Care of Older People's multidisciplinary teams (MHCOP) in each borough across East London.   <p>The post holder will be an active member of City and Hackney's Mental Health Care of Older Adult's service including the centralised MHCOP inpatient wards and wider East London MHCOP Psychology and Arts therapies professional group.</p> <p>They will work closely with psychologists and other professionals in the team maintaining a standardised approach to the assessment and care of Service Users with complex needs across community and inpatient settings.
