<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>Here in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland (LLR), we are innovatively transforming ways of working with people with relational and emotional difficulties often described diagnostically as Personality Disorder.</p><p>As part of this, we are keen for another Principal Psychologist to join us in our secondary care psychologically-led dedicated provisionas a Clinical Lead.

The service has over 30 staff, including Psychologists, a Medical Psychotherapist, Peer Support Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners. We offer a range of psychological and psychologically-informed approaches within the tradition of trauma-informed care, including Mentalization-Based Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy, and a structured clinical management approach.</p><p>We would be very keen to hear from applicants with an interest and training in any of these approaches.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are very pleased to be able to offer this new role to further enhance our services clinical leadership. The role will offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary leadership team leading the ongoing transformation of the service. You will work alongside the Consultant Clinical Lead, other Clinical Leads, and Team Managers to lead this change; offering an exciting opportunity to enhance your strategic and clinical leadership skills.</p><p>With this new role, we aim not only to strengthen the delivery of our current offers, but we have a future aspiration to also expand their scope.

You will take a key clinical leadership role in the service alongside other Clinical Leads. You will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of psychological interventions, supported by the Consultant Psychologist Lead, who will offer professional, managerial, and clinical supervision.</p><p>The role will offer a variety of opportunities which will include clinical leadership, direct formulation and intervention, delivering training, service development, group and 1:1 clinical supervision and consultation to others, and service evaluation. There will be opportunities to shape the role and for continued professional development in areas relevant to service delivery and development.

Principal Practitioner Psychologist 

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>An exciting position has arisen within our Cannock Mental Health Support Team. We are looking for an experienced &amp; enthusiastic Education Mental Health Practitioner/Children's Wellbeing Practitioner.</p> <p>Youwill continue to build on the fantastic work carried out within your allocated schools. The role is varied &amp; no two days are the same, you may be setting up and delivering group work &amp; assemblies one day to delivering assessment &amp; interventions the next, as well assupportingschools to develop their whole school approaches to mental health &amp; wellbeing.</p> <p>You will be skilled &amp; experienced in conducting mental health assessments of children and young people (CYP) presenting with common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and low mood. You will conduct risk assessments &amp; identify the right level of support for CYP you come into contact with.</p> <p>Alongside the clinical aspect of your role, you will play an integral part in supporting schools with their whole school approaches. There is scope for creativity and opportunities to work alongside CYP &amp; parents/carers to drive the whole school approach agenda.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to be involved in an established team within the wider CAMHS structure, as a joint initiative between health &amp; education. You will work across the Staffordshire locality as well as supporting other MHSTs across South Staffordshire. You will work deliver parent, staff well-being, 1:1 &amp; group work sessions. </p>

  <ul>  <li>Assess and deliver outcome focused, evidence-based interventions in educational settings for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, working at all times in collaboration with and giving respect to the education function of the setting in which the post-holder is deployed.</li>  <li>Work in effective, evidence-based partnership with children, young people, their families and their educators in the development of plans for the intervention and agreed outcomes.</li>  <li>Support and empower children, young people, their parents/carers and families and their educators to make informed choices about the interventions being offered.</li>  <li>Operate at all times from an inclusive values base, which recognises and respects diversity</li>  <li>Accept referrals within educational settings according to agreed local and national and local protocols</li>  <li>Undertake and record accurate assessments of risk and operate clear risk management processes in line with locally agreed procedures including the safeguarding protocols of the educational setting and Local Safeguarding Board guidance</li>  <li>Adhere to all regulations, processes and procedures within the educational service to which the post holder is attached within the educational setting where the post-holder working including (but not limited to) HR policies, training requirements, referral protocols, and emergency procedures.   <p>We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior CWP/EMHP to come and join our mental health support team on a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.</p>

Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) Outpatient Team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to apply for a Band 6 CPN/MHP Role within the dynamic and supportive CAMHS Outpatient Team.</p><p>The successful candidate will be a part of CAMHS Outpatients, the team offer assessments / risk management and stabilisation / therapeutic intervention to children and young people who are affected by moderate to severe mental health difficulties and / or Neurodiversity.</p><p>The successful candidate will work within a MDT to consider the most appropriate pathway options for the young people and children.</p><p>The team are dynamic and consistently evolving to be able to offer the best support / assessments and treatment to the young people and children that we serve.</p><p>Join an exciting and truly multi-disciplinary approach to the patient experience, working alongside Psychiatrists, Social workers, Mental health nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Health Care Support Workers and peer support workers all aiming to provide the best experience and quality care.</p><p>We offer flexible working with operating hours between 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday.</p>
