Working for North Manchester CAMHS, you'll work with Children and Young People aged up to 18 years and who present with a wide range of complex emotional and behavioural difficulties. You'll be supported to manage a defined caseload and have the responsibility for the assessment, treatment and discharge of children and young people. MFT CAMHS sits within Royal Manchester Children's Hospital (RMCH) and is comprised of 44 separate services, including 5 Core CAMHS services (North, South, Salford, Central &amp; Trafford), Looked After Children/Adoption services, Children with Disabilities Service and Manchester Eating Disorders Service, along with Inpatient Services based at Galaxy House.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To assume responsibility for management of a defined caseload and exercise the highest standards of professional responsibility for the assessment, treatment and discharge of children, young people and their families/carers using specialist knowledge and evaluation of care programmes in collaboration with children, young people and their families/carers, liaising with and referring to relevant agencies.</p> <p>To participate in a duty rota including receipt and screening of referrals, obtaining further information if needed and responding promptly to emergency requests for assessments or contact, signposting, and advice.</p> <p>To undertake assessment of children, young people including risk assessment, gathering appropriate information their family/ carers and other relevant agencies</p> <p>To develop a formulation and plan for intervention with the child, young person and parents/carers. Communicate this to the referrer/other relevant professionals</p> <p>To offer therapeutic, evidence-based practiced, interventions in line with NICE guidelines.</p> <p>To implement, co-ordinate and regularly review further assessment and a range of therapeutic interventions, including risk management,</p> <p>To routinely monitor effectiveness of clinical work by use of Routine Outcome Measures (ROM)</p> <p>Ensure that the perspective of children, young people and families is incorporated into all aspects of assessment and treatment</p> <p>The role involves travel to other locations within MFT and within the local community.</p>

  <p>An exciting position has arisen within our Cannock Mental Health Support Team. We are looking for an experienced &amp; enthusiastic Education Mental Health Practitioner/Children's Wellbeing Practitioner.</p> <p>Youwill continue to build on the fantastic work carried out within your allocated schools. The role is varied &amp; no two days are the same, you may be setting up and delivering group work &amp; assemblies one day to delivering assessment &amp; interventions the next, as well assupportingschools to develop their whole school approaches to mental health &amp; wellbeing.</p> <p>You will be skilled &amp; experienced in conducting mental health assessments of children and young people (CYP) presenting with common mental health difficulties such as anxiety and low mood. You will conduct risk assessments &amp; identify the right level of support for CYP you come into contact with.</p> <p>Alongside the clinical aspect of your role, you will play an integral part in supporting schools with their whole school approaches. There is scope for creativity and opportunities to work alongside CYP &amp; parents/carers to drive the whole school approach agenda.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to be involved in an established team within the wider CAMHS structure, as a joint initiative between health &amp; education. You will work across the Staffordshire locality as well as supporting other MHSTs across South Staffordshire. You will work deliver parent, staff well-being, 1:1 &amp; group work sessions. </p>

This is designed to support teaching staff to build their skills and confidence in supporting the wellbeing needs of their students/pupils. This is offered in both a formal and informal way.</li>  <li>Undertake direct assessments and intervention for young people within education. We offer a low intensity service model, predominantly using cognitive-behavioural therapy.</li> </ol> <p>Each function accounts for a third of the team's workload.</p> <p>Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.   <p>We are pleased to offer this Associate Psychological Practitioner (APP)/Mental Health wellbeing Practitioner (MHWP) post within specialist eating disorder services. The post is based at Harvey House, Lancaster and working from Kendal and Barrow which are the bases for the Bay Eating Disorder Team. The team is part of the All Age Eating Disorder Service which covers Lancashire and South Cumbria and has close links with our other locality teams based in the Bay (Lancaster and South Cumbria), Fylde Coast, East and West Lancashire providing multi-disciplinary specialist care for people who have an eating disorder. You will be joining a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of professionals with a passion for working with people who have eating disorders including psychological therapists, systemic family therapist, specialist mental health nurses, specialist dietitian and medical professionals.</p>
<p>You will be joining the team at an exciting time of real development as the service works together to improve services for people who have an eating disorder. You will benefit from working with an enthusiastic, hardworking and supportive team who are committed to delivering high quality NICE compliant psychological therapies to people of all ages with an eating disorder. The post holder will receive regular supervision and professional support from either a psychologist or CBT therapist.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The service is committed to training and development of staff and you would be supported to access training in eating disorder specific CBT models, if required.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be expected to deliver low intensity CBT interventions mainly focused on the eating disorder. Interventions will be offered in both 1:1 and group formats.</p>

The post is based at Pendle House, Nelson, East Lancashire Eating Disorder Team. The team is part of the All Age Eating Disorder Service which covers Lancashire and South Cumbria and has close links with our other locality teams based in the Bay (Lancaster and South Cumbria), Fylde Coast, Central and West Lancashire providing multi-disciplinary specialist care for people who have an eating disorder. You will be joining a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of professionals with a passion for working with people who have eating disorders including psychological therapists, systemic family therapist, specialist mental health nurses, specialist dietitian and medical professionals.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will be joining the team at an exciting time of real development as the service works together to improve services for people who have an eating disorder. You will benefit from working with an enthusiastic, hardworking and supportive team who are committed to delivering high quality NICE compliant psychological therapies to people of all ages with an eating disorder. The post holder will receive regular supervision and professional support from either a psychologist or CBT therapist. The service is committed to training and development of staff and you would be supported to access training in eating disorder specific CBT models, if required.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be expected to deliver low intensity CBT interventions mainly focused on the eating disorder. Interventions will be offered in both 1:1 and group formats.</p>
<p>Applications will be welcome from suitably qualified Associate Psychological Practitioners, who have completed the Postgraduate Diploma Associate Psychological Practitioner (PGDip APP).</p>

  <p>As an autonomous practitioner you will play a key part in the delivery of high-quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and well-being of children and young people, their families and carers. Managing a complex caseload within the multi-disciplinary team setting, the post holder will provide a range of high-quality care appropriate to the child or young person's needs which will include full mental health assessment, risk assessment and management, family and social assessment, consultation and therapeutic interventions.</p>
<p>Within a systemic and holistic framework, you will undertake needs led, evidence based, highly skilled assessments and provide therapeutic interventions, ensuring this is done evidencing shared decision making and partnership working with children and young people, their families and carers.</p>
<p>You will provide advice, information, consultation and supervision within the service and externally within your specialist area.</p>
<p>As part of working together you will actively liaise with and support robust partnership working arrangements between the CAMHS team and community partners and other key stakeholders involved with the child across agencies that work within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health THRIVE framework.</p>
<p>This is a clinical post and the expectation of time management is the majority of time will be spent in actual practice.</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The role aims to improve the experience for our children and young
people (CYP) presenting with mental health problems who would otherwise have
seen a GP. In this role you will work as part of the South West London and St
Georges Mental Health NHS Trust and primary care team in Central Sutton PCN in
Sutton, providing support to GP practices for children and young people (CYP)
presenting with mental health problems. This support will include provision of
advice, education, support and psychoeducation to GPs CYP and carers through
consultation, advice and signposting.</p><p>You will also provide expert advice and education to primary care
staff across the 4 GP Practices in Central Sutton PCN. The post holder will be
an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team. You will have access to
appropriate clinical supervision and an appropriate named individual in the PCN
to provide general advice and support on a day to day basis</p>

  <p>Central Sutton PCN Sutton is looking to employ
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner under the additional roles
reimbursement scheme to work directly to support GP practices for children and
young people (CYP) presenting with mental health problems. This support will
include provision of advice, education, support and psychoeducation to GPs CYP
and carers through consultation, advice and signposting. This role will be
working autonomously, but will have the support of a multi-professional primary
care team made up of doctors, nurses, clinical pharmacists, physician associate,
health coaches, social prescribers and paramedics. You will have strong
experience and knowledge of working with children and young people (CYP) across
a diverse population. You will have excellent communication skills in
addressing and providing expert advice and education to the 4 GP Practices within
