The clinician support staff to build positive and healthy relationships with young people to enable them to grow, develop and achieve their full potential through the use of a range of therapeutic approaches such as DDP, PACE, Therapeutic Parenting etc The member of the clinical team works holistically to help staff develop our young people's wellbeing, independence and social and emotional resiliency, as part of the consultative model and with a multi-disciplinary approach with other professionals involved.
