  <p>We are looking to appoint a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to principally work at CAMHS The Beacon Inpatient Unit, and also to support the CAMHS Crisis Team at times when the number of young people occupying inpatient beds is below capacity.</p><p>The Beacon Inpatient CAMHS Unit is a 15-bedded facility based at the Bradgate Hospital site at Leicester Glenfield Hospital on the north side of Leicester.</p><p>For more information about CAMHS services in Leicester please click here:

You will be joining a vibrant professional group of nine Family and Systemic Psychotherapists who work across a range of outpatient teams.</p><p>Systemic Supervision will be provided and in addition you will be able to join a family therapy clinic, working with another Family and Systemic Psychotherapist.</p><p>The team at The Beacon Unit currently consists of clinicians across a wide range of disciplines: Psychiatry, Psychology, Dietetics, Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy. Systemic Psychotherapy has been a valued and integral part of the team for many years. </p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>Staff work closely with CAMHS Specialist Teams, Outpatient, Inpatient and Adult services, while also having connections with the wider MDT within the community.</p><p>We offer early specialist assessment and intervention using evidence-based approaches to young people up to the age of 18 years old and their families.</p><p>We are especially keen to hear from candidates who reflects the diverse communities we serve.</p><p>Some of the duties you will undertake within this role include:</p><ul><li>To undertake detailed &amp; highly specialist psychological and systemic assessments of children and families.   <p>Dorset Mental Health Support Teams in Schools (MHSTs) are seeking a Trainee Senior Wellbeing Practitioner/Trainee Supervisor (Band 6) for our team based in the North &amp; East Dorset area.   <p>The role will help to oversee the delivery of the clinical work undertaken by the Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) within the team, both those in training and those who are already qualified, ensuring that Low Intensity CBT interventions are used effectively to support children and young people's mental wellbeing. You will provide clinical supervision and leadership to more junior colleagues and will be involved with developing clinical operational processes. The team also works with education settings to help them to implement a whole school approach to good emotional wellbeing. This can include for example consultation, training and small and large group work to promote good emotional health for all. </p> <p>You will also be expected to hold a clinical caseload and to use your newly learnt knowledge to deliver short term evidence based interventions to children, families and young people whose needs are more complex in nature.</p> <p><strong>Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated individual to join Springbank Ward as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.</p>
<p>Springbank Ward is an award-winning service which provides inpatient treatment to women with a diagnosis of EUPD/Complex Emotional Needs. We take an innovative and least-restrictive approach as we support service-users to return to the community after frequently spending a lengthy amount of time in other inpatient settings. Our service-users typically complete a 12-month programme involving both DBT and a wider therapeutic activity and group programme. As the only NHS inpatient unit of its kind, our service-users come from across the country.</p>
<p>As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, your role will be to work with the Occupational Therapist to support service-users on Springbank Ward to improve in their overall functioning, engaging in a holistic approach with a focus on engagement in meaningful activity.</p>
