All About You Our client is looking for a confident, experienced Spa Therapist who is passionate about delivering five-star treatments and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will: <ul> <li>Hold an HND, NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification)</li> <li>Be skilled in all aspects of beauty therapy, including massages, facials, waxing, and manicures (essential competency and experience in gel manis/pedis and Intimate Waxing)</li> <li>Have previous experience working in a spa environment</li> <li>Ideally, have experience working with ishga products (though full training will be provided)</li> <li>Be friendly, professional, and enthusiastic, with excellent guest care skills</li> <li>Be proactive in learning and development and keen to grow within a supportive team environment</li> </ul> What Will You Be Doing? <ul> <li>Delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure</li> <li>Performing core spa treatments to the highest standards, following brand routines</li> <li>Maintaining strong product knowledge and keeping up-to-date through training</li> <li>Upselling treatments and retail products to enhance guest experiences and increase sales</li> <li>Supporting the Senior Therapist and Spa Manager with additional duties as needed</li> <li>Shift pattern: Standard working week 5 days of 7. Standard working hours 8:45-6:10pm daily, average 42.5 hours per week. About the role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist to join our clients award winning spa team. They are proud to work with a luxurious skincare brand ishga to deliver luxurious treatments and memorable experiences to their guests.
