We’re here for men who have recently been through a mental health crisis—whether they’ve just left hospital or are finding it difficult to stay safe where they currently live. Our house offers a calm, safe environment where residents can take time to stabilise and focus on their wellbeing. We provide therapeutic support to help each person feel ready and confident to return home. Stays are usually up to 10 days, although men who are of no fixed abode (NFA) may stay a little longer if needed.</p><ul>	<li>We’re a non-CQC registered service.</li>	<li>Our team is here day and night, 24/7, every day of the year.</li>	<li>The service is run by Rethink Mental Illness, working closely with AWP, who handle all referrals through their Crisis Teams.</li></ul><p><strong>How you will make a difference:</strong></p><p><strong>Staffing, Leadership &amp; Oversight</strong></p><ul>	<li>I will ensure that staff have the correct guidance and support to fulfil their roles and will ensure that a monthly 24/7 rota ensures enough staffing capacity to deliver effective support.</li></ul><p><strong>Quality of Support &amp; Environment</strong></p><ul>	<li>I will ensure that a high standard of support is embedded within the service and will promote and support an inclusive environment.</li>	<li>I will ensure that high quality support planning, risk management, outcomes measurements are in place for all residents in the service at all times.</li></ul><p><strong>Referrals &amp; Risk Management</strong></p><ul>	<li>I will review all referrals into the service and ensure these are appropriate for the service remit and that risks are manageable during the residents stay.   <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locum Clinical Psychologist (Grade 8a) to join our friendly Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in North East Wiltshire, and the Wiltshire Psychological Therapies Service (PTS),for a period of six months.</p> <p>This locum role is primarily based in Chippenham and Devizes, while providing clinical services to the older adult population throughout Wiltshire.</p> <p>Working as part of both the Wiltshire PTS and CMHT offers psychologists the opportunity to treat a range of disorders and presenting difficulties. This means you can maintain your skills across a diverse client group or further explore a specialist interest, such as neuropsychology.</p> <p>In Wiltshire, the service is needs-led ('ageless'), offering care for both functional and organic conditions to all adults aged 18 and over. This role will focus on clients from the older adult population.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>This post is within the multi-disciplinary Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and the Wiltshire Psychological Therapies Service (PTS). We are an enthusiastic and innovative team that values the input and contribution of all our staff and strives to offer the best possible services to our clients.</p> <p>We provide a wide range of psychological therapies, including CBT, EMDR, ACT, DBT, CAT, Integrative approaches, Schema-focused therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and Solution-focused methods, delivered in both group and individual contexts, primarily on an outpatient basis.</p> <p>The successful applicant will have clearly demonstrable skills and knowledge in working with people from the older adult age range. For this senior role, you will be able to demonstrate experience of working with different client groups in secondary mental health settings, and of having been responsible for providing specialist assessments and interventions. <h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>The Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) service is an exciting initiative in the Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) commissioning area. It is part of the Government's response to the 2017 Green Paper to increase access to mental health support by delivering evidence-based early interventions in educational settings for children and young people (CYP) presenting with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.</p> <p>The post holder will work as an autonomous and responsible EMHP while also offering supervision within the scope of the MHST initiative.</p> <p>The post holder will work in partnership with schools to deliver a range of mental health interventions within school settings. This may involve group work or direct work with children and young people, as well as offering mental health-based consultation and advice to teaching staff.</p> <p>The post holder will ensure the effective coordination of clinical care provided within schools, including consideration of safeguarding and clinical risk issues where indicated.</p> <p>The post holder will contribute to the clinical leadership of the team, providing supervision and caseload management to trainee and qualified EMHPs.</p> <p>The post holder will be responsible for clinical skills supervision and caseload management supervision of EMHPs within the MHST.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p><strong>Therapeutic Assessment and Intervention:</strong></p>
<p>Assess and deliver outcome focused, evidence-based interventions in educational settings for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, working at all times in collaboration with and giving respect to the education function of the setting inwhich the post-holder is working.</p>
<p>Facilitate fair access to services and promote social inclusion regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or disability.</p>
<p><strong>Supervision:</strong></p>
<p>Deliver clinical supervision to supervisee's on a scheduled basis to ensure safe practice and the governance obligations of the MHST service are adhered to.</p>
<p><strong>Effort and Health &amp; Safety Factors:</strong></p>
<p>Working with service users in distress and who on occasion may have used coping strategies such as self-harm, or present as hostile, confused and have difficulty communicating and as a result may pose risks to themselves or the safety of others.</p>
<p>Frequent driving and working across multiple sites to deliver interventions and attend to administrative tasks. There is an expectation to work mainly out of allocated schools but the post holder must be prepared to attend satellite sites, our main office and some home working.</p>

We are looking for a suitable candidate who can bring skills, experience and enthusiasm to meet the needs of children/young people with complex social, emotional, behavioural, neurodevelopmental and mental health needs.</p> <p>In this important role, you will use your extensive skills and experience as a mental health practitioner to deliver high quality care, developing and sustaining relationships across agencies and working as a core member of a multi-disciplinary team. Using both evidence based practice and routine outcome measures, you will use a strength-based approach to work collaboratively with service users, in line with CYP-IAPT key principles.</p> <p>We are a progressive and dynamic service that work using evidence-based therapeutic treatments and approaches but also foreground anti-oppressive practice and diversity and equality as part of our daily working.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post holder will be involved in working within the CAMHS hospital team care pathway, assessing young people that present to an acute hospital and are experiencing a mental health crisis. Clinicians will be expected to undertake a comprehensive mental health needs assessment and be able to identify the forward care pathways for the young person and their carer(s).</p>
<p>We work across all localities including North Bristol, East &amp; Central Bristol, South Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, and aim to build strong working relationships with all of these services. We cover a 7 day period working a number of shifts. These are 8-4pm, 12-8pm and 4pm until midnight and weekend working.</p>
<p>A proportion of the role will involve working in conjunction with colleagues in the multidisciplinary team to identify care and treatment options which enable service users to remain within their existing support/care pathways and maintain their community tenure, signposting to other services to meet their needs.</p>
<p>The post holder will maintain close working relationships with Community and specialist CAMHS services, Adult Community Mental Health Teams as well as the Acute Hospital Services. Day to day leadership on service delivery and development will be provided by the Team Manager, along with senior clinicians as will caseload and management supervision.</p>

  <p>We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Arts Psychotherapist (Art/Drama/Music or Dance Movement Psychotherapist) to join the Bristol Inpatient Arts Psychotherapy Team.</p>
<p>You will be working on the adult mental health wards at Callington road hospital in Bristol. We welcome applications from Arts Psychotherapists meeting NHS band 7 competencies and looking to develop their inpatient skills, including newly qualified Arts Psychotherapists.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post-holder will provide a comprehensive service to the team, including specialist, evidence-based assessment, formulation, and individual/group interventions. Applicants should have skills to work with a wide range of mental health issues whilst adapting interventions to the dynamic inpatient setting.</p>
<p>There is a strong focus on indirect work through team formulation, reflective practice, and training with staff teams. You will need to be well organised with the ability to prioritise your work according to clinical need, with good communication skills.</p>
