Recovery Worker - Crisis &amp; Mental HealthFULL TIME AND CASUAL CONTRACTS AVAILABLE Location: Boston, Lincolnshire Pay: 24,570 + approx. 4,000 extra for 6 sleep-ins a monthWe're looking for flexible, compassionate people to join our casual team as Recovery Workers in Lincolnshire. This is a casual role, so you'll need to be fully flexible and available to pick up shifts across days, nights, weekends, and sleep-ins as needed.You'll be part of a 24/7 crisis recovery service supporting adults experiencing a mental health crisis. Working alongside a small, supportive team, you'll help people regain control and independence through person-led, therapeutic support.You'll also work with local services and community groups to help clients access meaningful activities and resources that support their recovery.What we're looking for:<ul><li>Some experience in social care (mental health experience is ideal)</li><li>A good understanding of mental health challenges</li><li>Full flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including sleep-ins and waking nights</li><li>Strong communication skills and a caring, creative approach</li></ul>What you'll get:<ul><li> 24, 570 base salary (pro rata for casual hours)</li><li>Around 4,000 extra per year for 6 sleep-ins a month (pro rata for casual hours)</li><li>Pay increase after 6 months</li><li>Generous annual leave (pro rata)</li><li>Ongoing training, support, and opportunities to grow</li></ul>If you're passionate about mental health and want a flexible role where you can really make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
