  <p>This is a great opportunity to join our Living Well Service in Bolton. We have a 30.00 hour per week position available for a Peer Support Worker with lived experience. The successful postholder will be expected to work 6.5 hrs per day over 5 days, Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm</p>
<p>Living Well is now fully operational in Bolton, and you will be given the opportunity to bring your experience and knowledge to the continued development of our service.</p>
<p>You will be based at the South Bolton hub in Farnworth, but will be expected to travel across Bolton, including our hub for North Bolton, based in Horwich.</p>
<p>This role has been developed specifically for people who have lived experience of mental health or a dual diagnosis such as mental health and substance misuse and neurodiversity to support others who may benefit from peer support in addition to other treatment and interventions.</p>

<p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p>
<p>You will work 37.5 hours a week as the Senior Psychologist for a service that offers (Neuro-Forensic Acquired Brain Injury rehabilitation for adult males).</p>
<p>In collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and under the direction and supervision of the Joint Heads of Psychology, you will support the delivery of psychology services across St Mary’s Hospital. In the absence of the Joint Heads, you will act as the primary point of contact between the psychology department and the senior management team.</p>
<p>As the Senior Psychologist you will have active participation in multidisciplinary team work, ensuring that our service users are fully engaged in their care pathways. It also includes supporting clinical team efforts through both direct interventions and the facilitation of staff training programmes. Senior Psychologist

<p>Gateway Recovery Centre has 72 beds spread across 6 wards. There are 2 wards providing a level 2 rehabilitation service for women with high support needs. Another ward is an acute psychiatric ward for women. The other 3 wards provide care to men in specialist rehabilitation unit with ASD (Cedar ward), low secure ward (Dove ward) and a rehabilitation ward for older men with complex mental health needs and physical health comorbidities (Ash Ward).</p>
<p>As a Consultant Psychiatrist some of your key responsibilities will include management of complex cases, formulating care plans and treatments for individual needs of service users, and guiding on evidence-based treatment and effectiveness.</p>
<p>The team consists currently of 4.5 consultants, and you will deliver clinical care to a dedicated caseload. You will be supported by a practice nurse and an enhanced GP service to meet patients’ physical healthcare needs. You will have support from a dedicated supervisor and a medical secretary team. Specialty doctor cover is available for the acute ward.</p>
