<p>You will be based on the acute ward but will support in the rehab ward when needed.</p>

<p><strong>As the Medical Lead- Consultant Psychiatrist, your responsibilities will include:</strong></p>

    <li>Taking clinical responsibility for patients, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, risk reviews, strategic reviews and the development of a therapeutic milieu.</li>
    <li>Fulfilling the role of Responsible Clinician to patients detained under the Mental Health Act (1983).</li>
    <li>Supervising the process of referral and admission including contributing to preadmission assessments of young people with other team members.</li>
    <li>Offering a psychiatric perspective to the multidisciplinary team in relation to the assessment, formulation and treatment of young people.</li>

    <li>Contributing to in-house training programmes within the services and offering supervision to other members of the multi-disciplinary team, particularly junior medical staff.</li>

  <p>The dynamic Physiotherapy department at King's College Hospital is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist to join the rotation of Band 6 physiotherapists specialising in respiratory care across inpatient and community settings.</p>
<p>The rotations are eight monthly and are in the following areas:</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>King's College Hospital is a specialist tertiary referral centre for liver disease, neurosurgery, cardio-thoracics, cystic fibrosis, haematology and major trauma. The Trust has recently opened a new 60-bedded critical care unit, allowing the successful candidate a chance to work in an innovatively designed, state-of-the-art critical care unit.</p> <p>The inpatient respiratory team is split into three teams, each with its own Clinical Lead Physiotherapist. The teams are Critical Care, Respiratory Medicine and Cystic Fibrosis. The community services also have their own Clinical Leads, and there is a Consultant Respiratory Physiotherapist in Respiratory Medicine.</p> <p>There is a strong drive to participate in research at Kings, and the Respiratory team regularly submits posters and publications at national and international levels.Continuing professional development is encouraged through the appraisal system, and there is a well-established in-service education programme. Attendance at post-registration courses is supported, and there are comprehensive library and computer facilities on site.</p>

  <p> The provision of a specialist clinical and technical service for patients requiring maxillofacial prosthetic rehabilitation.</p> <p> Responsibility for the development and delivery of high quality Maxillofacial Prosthetic Services at St George's Hospital</p> <p> The development of important working protocols for a wide range of areas including cross-infection and sectional impression procedures.</p> <p> The delivery of specialist teaching in the context of Maxillofacial Prosthetics &amp; Technology to other members of staff, including SHOs, SpRs and consultants. Provide training as required to students on placement.</p> <p> The provision of clinical and technical information regarding the long-term management of medical devices such as obturators, oro-facial prosthesis and care of osseointegrated implants and related parts.</p> <p> The design, manufacture and fitting in the clinic and/or operating theatre of prostheses and appliances, their activation as necessary and the maintenance of the clinical review of custom made medical devices for patients with injuries of all types, including benign or malignant disease, deformities of the cranio-maxillofacial region and other parts of the body.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The aim of this role is to work as a Specialist Cardiac Radiographer responsible for providing high quality, safe and effective Imaging services within both Cardiac MRI and Cardiac Cath Labs, rotation weighted according to service requirements. The post holder will work closely with Medical and nursing staff, Radiographers, students and clinical staff of all grades in the multi-disciplinary team to enable the timely diagnosis and treatment of patients from across the NEL network and further afield, ensuring effective radiation protection and magnet safety at all times.</p>

Deliver specialized speech, language, and swallowing assessments for

Provide neurorehabilitation in a supportive residential setting, offering
both individual and group interventions.</p><p>
Play a key role in stroke recovery pathways, offering essential
rehabilitation services that follow best practice and government policies.</p><p>
Work directly with out-patients, delivering transformative care and
advice.</p><p>
Help design and develop SLT programs under the mentorship of senior SLTs.</p><p>
Offer invaluable guidance to clients, families, and staff on managing

  <p>The Ealing Mental Health Support Teams are looking for qualified or about to qualify Educational Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP), Children's Wellbeing Practitioners (CWP) or Educational Wellbeing Practitioners (EWP) to apply for this Agenda for Change B 5 permanent roles.</p>

<p>The successful candidates will be joining a friendly, supportive and enthusiastic team working at schools and in collaboration with the local CAMHS and Neurodevelopmental Teams.</p>
<p>If successful, in addition to our trust's induction, you will be provided with comprehensive local introduction to the role. You will have weekly supervision by an experienced supervisor and ongoing, easily accessible, support with clinical matters as they arise.</p>
<p>In addition, within the Ealing MHST, there is a strong peer support structure and buddy system available to all new starters.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>For those interested in working with neurodiversity there are opportunities to work alongside the Ealing MHST Learning Disability and Autism Practitioners and our colleagues from the CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Team.</p>
<p>Candidates must have a child wellbeing practitioner or educational mental health practitioner qualification</p>
<p>If, however, your interest lays with experiencing CAMHS MDT working, there are opportunities to shadow our colleagues from CAMHS, exposing you to conducting CAMHS assessments and observing how a variety of specialist CAMHS services operate.</p>
<p>Your main role will be providing mental health support for children, young people and their families / carers across Ealing primary and secondary schools. You will be working with children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues and supporting those with more complex difficulties to access specialist help.</p>
<p>The main focus of this role is to deliver evidence based brief interventions to children and young people presenting with mild to moderate mental health difficulties. As part of our core offer to schools we also work with groups of children, young people, parents and teachers raising awareness of common mental health difficulties and any available support.</p>
