<p><strong>As the Clinical/Forensic Psychologist, you will be:</strong></p>
<ul>
    <li>Autonomous in managing your own caseload, which will involve working with complex service-users.</li>
    <li>Attending regular clinical and service development meetings, such as MDT’s, CPA’s, referrals, and other hospital-wide meetings</li>

<p><strong>What you will need:</strong></p>

    <li>Successful completion of a Doctorate in either Clinical or Forensic Psychology or the British Psychological Society’s stage 2 training in Forensic Psychology, enabling registration with the HCPC as as Practitioner Psychologist.</li>

    <li>Experience (either pre-training, on training, or subsequently) of working with clients with complex needs that are relevant to the population in the service area.</li>

<p>As an Associate Specialist, you will ensure the high quality first-line medical care of our inpatients, liaise effectively with external professionals and carers, provide written and oral evidence for Hospital Managers’ and Tribunal hearings, work towards safe discharges including preparing discharge summaries, reports and other necessary documentation and be a valued and effective member of the multidisciplinary team at Thornford Park Hospital</p>

  <p><strong>We're looking to recruit a Senior Peer Support Worker to join our team to support other Peer Support Workers, team members and service users.</strong></p>
<p><em><strong>This vacancy is open to existing Oxford Health Peer Support Workers and people with experience of working in a peer support role in another organisation.</strong></em></p>
<p>Peer Support Workers (PSW's) are people who have their own lived experience of mental health challenges. They use empathy informed by their own experiences to support service users who are accessing mental health services and their families.</p>
<p>This vacancy is for a position within our new South Oxfordshire Primary Care Mental Health Team (PCMHT). You will be based at the Wantage Keystone hub and covering the Didcot area.</p>
<p>PCMHTs are comprised of professionals from health and social care including mental health professionals from the NHS, the third-sector and people who have experienced mental health challenges themselves.</p>
<p>Each PCMHT has one or more Keystone Hubs - developed to provide more specialist care at local level via their GP surgery, and improved communication between GPs and mental health services and form a core of the strengthening of community mental health services in Oxfordshire.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>  <li>Act as an advanced autonomous practitioner, demonstrating a high level of practice/knowledge whilst participating in direct evidenced based patient care working as part of a multi- disciplinary team providing professional and clinical support to patients.</li>  <li>Undertake autonomous health assessments; diagnosing, treating and discharging patients within own competence. You will provide expert care and treatment to patients within agreed protocols and clinical guidelines.</li>  <li>Function in a variety of role dimensions: health care provider, educator, researcher, clinical advocate and implementer of clinical governance.</li>  <li>Be a senior clinician within the team. The role will predominantly be clinical, but also include some operational leadership and supervision to your small team of junior staff</li> </ul>  <p>You will clinically lead a small team consisting of newly qualified Nurses, Nurse Associates and Support Workers to provide care and interventions to a complex caseload of patients. This will be as part of a wider team working alongside our primary care networks, supported by both psychiatric and psychological therapy clinicians.</p> <p>The service is open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 not including bank holidays.</p>

<li>To provide a high quality specialist child and adolescent psychotherapy service to clients with complex mental health problems including severe, enduring and multiple disorders, and challenging behaviour. </li>
<li>To offer advice, consultancy and supervision, and support the work of other CAMHS staff providing psychological treatment. </li>
<li>To participate on the local CAMHS duty rota and undertake emergency assessments when and where required (i.e. community, hospital site, children's homes)</li>

<p>We operate an out of hours service, but for this role you would be expected to work in office hours 9-5.   <p>We have an exciting opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours/week) band 5 Lived Experience Practitioner and Trainer, to join our Psychologically Informed Consultation and Training (PICT) team. This team sits within the Intensive Management of Personality Disorder and Clinical Therapies Team (IMPACTT).</p>
<p>The role of PICT is to support Berkshire Healthcare staff and partner organisations who work with clients that may meet criteria for the diagnosis of 'personality disorder'. We are a team of Psychologists, Psychotherapists and Lived Experience Practitioners (people who have their own experiences of accessing services for personality disorder and living with this diagnosis). </p>
<p>The PICT approach is to consult with the staff, individuals or teams, rather than working directly with the person using services. We offer consultation, training and support to community and inpatient settings, and to Primary Care Networks across Berkshire.</p>
<p>The post holder will bring lived experience and knowledge of personality disorder/difficulties to support the delivery of consultation and training, focusing on the upskilling of a wide range of professionals and teams, helping them to understand and work with compassion and confidence with people with difficulties that may be associated with the diagnosis of 'personality disorder'. </p>
<p>You will work closely and collaboratively with PICT colleagues to ensure a co-produced approach. You will have regular supervision and support in this role. </p>

  <p>An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust (SABP) and work within Surrey Heath Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS).</p> <p><strong>We are looking for part-time two roles; 2 days and 3 days.</strong></p> <p>The post offers a diverse range of experience working with people with complex mental health difficulties. You will join a friendly and supportive group of psychologists in the locality and there will be opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills through CPD.</p> <p>The trust has an enviable care pathways system which values psychology, psychotherapy and the arts psychotherapies and there are opportunities to train in CBT for psychosis, family interventions, CBT for personality disorders, compassion-focussed supervision, EMDR and structured clinical management. Employees are also able to access leadership and management as well as coaching and mentoring specific to psychologists and additional supervisors training.</p> <p>As a Trust we pride our-selves on our innovative and collaborative approach to providing the highest quality, person-centered care. We have a comprehensive primary care personality disorder services as well as established primary care MH teams working alongside GP practices. We are continuing to develop integrated care pathways across primary and secondary care.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>o To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the psychological needs of people using our services.</p> <p>o To mentor, supervise and teach qualified and unqualified staff including students.</p> <p>o Promoting a psychological perspective both within teams and sharing with other colleagues.</p> <p>o Work collaboratively with team managers/ Clinical leads in the development and delivering of effective services.</p> <p>o The postholder will be expected to work flexibly within the service.</p> <p>o To lead on complex and challenging cases and develop expertise within area of specialism.</p> <p>o Participating in the recruitment and selection of staff.</p> <p>o Leading on a specific service development projects.</p> <p>Please note: Subject to reasonable adjustments in respect of any disability, candidates must possess a valid driving licence and be able to drive and have the unrestricted use of a car or motorcycle for work at all times including community based work.</p>
