			<p>If you’re an Associate Specialist looking for a new opportunity to join a friendly multidisciplinary team in an established secure service setting delivering&nbsp;high-quality clinical service to people with complex mental health conditions across the medium and low secure service.</p>
<p>&nbsp;Working part time 18.75 hours a week alongside the unit's multidisciplinary team, including the Consultant, to ensure that service users receive a holistic and person-centric treatment programme based on the recovery model.</p>

<p>As an Associate Specialist, you will ensure the high quality first-line medical care of our inpatients, liaise effectively with external professionals and carers, provide written and oral evidence for Hospital Managers’ and Tribunal hearings, work towards safe discharges including preparing discharge summaries, reports and other necessary documentation and be a valued and effective member of the multidisciplinary team at Thornford Park Hospital</p>
<p>This established service looks to continually innovate, improve and deliver excellent care for its service users, has an active programme of education and research and provides significant developmental opportunities for its staff.</p>

  <p>The Peritoneal Malignancy Institute is an internationally renowned Tertiary Service for patients with a rare form of cancer. These patients are admitted from around the country and usually stay in hospital for at least two weeks so input is a mix of virtual and in person support. </p> <p>We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to contribute to supporting patients during this highly emotive time. This includes conducting virtual pre-admission assessment and pre-surgery psychological support, in hospital face to face interventions and post discharge support offered virtually.</p> <p>This psychology service is one of a kind in the country and although it has been established for over 8 years it is still growing and we are always looking for new ways to support our patients. We have a well-resourced research team and an interest in research and evaluation will be a real benefit</p> <p>This is a role with structure but also a lot of scope to develop it and make it your own. <p>Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust are currently seeking a CBT Therapist. We are looking for someone with CBT experience who is looking to deliver high quality CBT and develop through regular supervision, CPD and a range of training opportunities to support career progression.</p>

  <p>Windsor Primary Care Network, is a group of 6 GP
Practices working together with a range of local providers to offer more
personalised and coordinated health and social care to the 70000 patient
population of Windsor in Berkshire.</p><p>We are looking to recruit to the post of Health and
Well-being Coach, to work within our Primary Care Network multidisciplinary
healthcare team.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p> Provide one-to-one coaching to
help patients identify goals and take steps towards improving their health and
wellbeing.</p><p> Support patients with
lifestyle change areas such as weight management, physical activity, healthy
eating, stress management, sleep, and smoking cessation.</p><p> Use behaviour change
approaches including motivational interviewing, active listening, and goal
setting to encourage patient confidence and self-management.</p><p> Deliver coaching remotely or
face-to-face across primary care sites.</p><p> Connect individuals with peer
support, self-management tools, and community activities to build confidence,
resilience, and social connection.</p>

delivering at scale Care to the population of Windsor for 4 years. We have a
large team of both clinical and none clinical staff.</p><p>While each Health and Well-being Coach will become embedded
in up to 3 Practices, they frequently enjoy a mutually supportive joint
approach to work with other members of the 13 strong PCN Health and Wellbeing
