  <p><strong>The Primary Care Complex Emotional Needs Service</strong> is brief psychological service aimed at improving the lives of people who may struggle with emotional and relational difficulties associated with a diagnosis of personality disorder.</p>
<p>With additional investment we are now extending our support to individuals with Complex PTSD (cPTSD), bridging the gap between primary care and secondary mental health services. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner (MHWP) to join our team to provide brief interventions and co-facilitate therapeutic groups for clients with complex emotional needs and cPTSD.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will deliver well-being focused brief interventions to individuals with CPTSD and other complex emotional difficulties. In addition to providing time limited brief interventions, you will co-facilitate psychoeducational groups working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, trauma-informed care. You will also be supported to join our training team which has a mandate to provide training to other AWP services on assessing and formulating clients with complex emotional needs.</p>

<h2>Job summary</h2>
  <p>We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist to join our well-established Complex Psychological Interventions Service in Bristol. The post is based in Adult Mental Health Services in the Inner City and East Bristol team, and the successful applicant will support the delivery of psychological interventions in the Assessment and Recovery Team.</p>
<p>We are looking for applicants with a particular interest in working with people with a broad range of complex and enduring mental health difficulties across the lifespan, including older adults who are served within our ageless service. We are particularly interested in candidates with special skills and experience in CBT for severe mental health difficulties.</p>
<p>In addition, the successful candidate will lead the organisation and development of our established Staff Support Debrief Service for the community teams in Bristol.</p>
<p>As well as working closely within the teams, you will receive excellent support and supervision from more senior and well-established CPI members. There will be opportunities for continuing professional development and development of innovative research projects.</p>

Addictions Therapy Programme Lead

  <p>We are looking for an experienced or newly qualified clinician to work across the Central Bristol Crisis Team.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Various locations within Central Bristol.</p> <p>The post will be based in the Central Bristol Community Mental Health team base.</p> <p>The successful applicant will provide specialist assessment, formulation, intervention and evaluation, alongside staff training, supervision, consultation, advice and support to the teams they are working within.</p> <p>The Bristol Crisis Service provides a rapid response to people in acute mental health crisis, offering assessment and immediate intervention and treatment within a person's home or a community setting.</p> <p>Working into the Crisis team will provide an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in working psychologically with people experiencing acute mental health crises. Ideally you will have an interest in brief models of intervention, assessment and formulation of people in high levels of distress. In addition to direct work with service users, the post requires someone who can provide consultation in case discussions, offer clinical supervision groups and facilitate reflective practice sessions. This indirect work will enhance the team's understanding of the dynamics created within crises and ensure the development of a psychologically informed service.   <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist to join our well-establishedComplex Psychological Interventions (CPI) Service in Bristol. The post holder will provide psychological interventions (assessment, therapy,supervision and consultation) to the Inner City and East Assessment and Recovery Team.</p> <p>As well as working closely with the Recovery Team, you will receive excellent support and supervision from more senior and well establishedCPI members. There will be opportunities for regular connection to the wider CPI, including opportunities for continuing professionaldevelopment and development of innovative research projects.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>For this role you will be working with the The Complex Psychological Interventions Service (CPI). The CPI is comprised of multidisciplinaryprofessionals, including Clinical Psychologists, Arts Psychotherapists, Medical Psychotherapists and Specialist Nurses. Staff are located in a central hub (at Callington Road Hospital), as well as at community mental health team bases. CPI provide a range of services directly to people who use our service. The CPI also offers supportive functions to staff teams that are designed to enhance the interventions delivered by teams, as well as contributing to the resilience and well-being of staff. We are particularly keen to receive applications from candidates with experience and training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.</p>
