<p><strong>As the Clinical/Forensic Psychologist, you will be:</strong></p>
<ul>
    <li>Autonomous in managing your own caseload, which will involve working with complex service-users.</li>
    <li>Attending regular clinical and service development meetings, such as MDT’s, CPA’s, referrals, and other hospital-wide meetings</li>

<p>Working part time 18.75 hours a week alongside the unit's multidisciplinary team, including the Consultant, to ensure that service users receive a holistic and person-centric treatment programme based on the recovery model.</p>

<p>As an Associate Specialist, you will ensure the high quality first-line medical care of our inpatients, liaise effectively with external professionals and carers, provide written and oral evidence for Hospital Managers’ and Tribunal hearings, work towards safe discharges including preparing discharge summaries, reports and other necessary documentation and be a valued and effective member of the multidisciplinary team at Thornford Park Hospital</p>
<p>This established service looks to continually innovate, improve and deliver excellent care for its service users, has an active programme of education and research and provides significant developmental opportunities for its staff.</p>

<p>The Youth Justice Liaison and Diversion Team work with children and young people that are involved in offending behaviour or suspected of a criminal offence.</p>
<p>The forensic child and adolescent mental health service (fCAMHS) is a regional specialist service set up to work with young people under 18 in contact with the criminal justice system, or with those that are presenting serious risk of harm to others.</p>
<p>The role is within FCAMHS will support with the delivery of a clinical trial for MBT which is just starting, and also with general support to the FCAMHS team alongside the existing Assistant role. <strong>This role is fixed term 16 months</strong>. Liaison &amp; Diversion is Permanent, on a part time basis.</p>

We offer consultations to a number of agencies as well as assessment and intervention. </p> <p>The role will include contributing to, and writing up, multi-agency consultation and specialist assessments, supporting the clinicians in service development and supporting the collation of outcome data for research and service evaluation.</p> <p>The service works closely with other agencies such as social care and youth justice teams and offers training to these professionals.</p> <p>The roles require flexibility in working location and travel to sites.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>  <li>Act as an advanced autonomous practitioner, demonstrating a high level of practice/knowledge whilst participating in direct evidenced based patient care working as part of a multi- disciplinary team providing professional and clinical support to patients.</li>  <li>Undertake autonomous health assessments; diagnosing, treating and discharging patients within own competence. You will provide expert care and treatment to patients within agreed protocols and clinical guidelines.</li>  <li>Function in a variety of role dimensions: health care provider, educator, researcher, clinical advocate and implementer of clinical governance.</li>  <li>Be a senior clinician within the team. The role will predominantly be clinical, but also include some operational leadership and supervision to your small team of junior staff</li> </ul>  <p>You will clinically lead a small team consisting of newly qualified Nurses, Nurse Associates and Support Workers to provide care and interventions to a complex caseload of patients. <p>Our Substance Misuse Service at HMP Bullingdon is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recovery Worker. The team is innovative, forward thinking and committed to a Recovery focused approach that meets people's needs. You will be part of a supportive team with effective management, supervision and guidance. </p>
<p>Working with people who have complex offending backgrounds and substance use needs within prison is both challenging and rewarding. This is a fantastic chance to make a positive difference to the lives of people who are often disadvantaged and vulnerable.</p>
<p>This job is open to qualified professionals, or members of the public preferably with experience and understandingof working within Drug and Alcohol Recovery.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, in a custodial environment delivering a high standard drug and alcohol recovery service in response to the needs of the service users as part of Inclusion and Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation trust.</p>
<p>You will provide a range of psycho-social interventions motivating and supporting service users to achieve recovery and positive outcomes within a recovery-orientated substance misuse treatment service</p>
<p>You will work in collaboration with clinical prescribing services to ensure the needs of each service user is met and that integrated working is a key element to Inclusion's prison services.</p>
<p>You will provide a drug and alcohol recovery service (incorporating assessment, recovery planning, casework coordination and psycho-social interventions) to problem drug and alcohol users located within the prison establishment</p>
<p>You will contribute and work within the prison and wider drug strategy</p>
