  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post will suit a candidate who has experience and interest in working with people with severe, chronic and complex mental health difficulties within a multidisciplinary team and who can offer both direct and indirect work with service users, their families/carers and staff.</p> <p>You will be involved in offering team formulation, reflective practice, teaching &amp; training. Do you thrive in multi-disciplinary settings where psychological skills are highly valued?</p> <p>Working in a very friendly and dynamic CAMHS Service, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist based mainly in ourChesterfield Core CAMHS Base following the successful CAMHS Service submission for funding - we have a focused investment from the ICB (integrated Care Board) into routine CAMHS specifically for Reducing CAMHS waiting times as part of a Service Development Improvement Plan 2025 -2027. We are happy to consider flexible options. There are opportunities for indirect working (e.g. consultation, supporting formulation skills development).</p> <p>Our Service has 10 teams with excellent track records working closely together, with opportunities for gaining different experiences to develop your portfolio.
