  <p>With current NMC, HCPC, SWE or BABCP registration alongside a recognised qualification, you'll have a working knowledge of CAMHS and/or adult mental health and have an understanding of assessing complex mental health needs &amp; levels of risk, including safeguarding and self-harm.</p>
<p>Using your experience of working with vulnerable people and their carers who present with complex mental health needs and are often a risk to themselves or others, you'll undertake assessments and formulate plans for intervention, in collaboration with the Child, Young Person and those who care for them.</p>
<p>Dedicated to providing an environment that encourages patient-centred involvement, you'll promote good working relationships as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, making sure care is coordinated with the internal and external departments you work with, with the ultimate aim of providing the best patient journey possible.</p>
<p>Using your knowledge of evidence-based practice, you'll offer therapeutic solutions in line with the National Institute for Health &amp; Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines.</p>
<p>You will work as part of the duty and assessment team within the service and have a caseload of young people to whom you are offering ongoing intervention.</p>

  <p>The Mental Health Practitioner will be an integral part of the MHST in Bolton. trauma-informed therapists while delivering trauma-informed therapeutic

  <p>This is a brilliant opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to join our Duty &amp; Assessment team and promote and improve the mental health and well-being of Children, Young People and those who care for them. Working for North Manchester CAMHS, you'll work with Children and Young People aged up to 18 years and who present with a wide range of complex emotional and behavioural difficulties.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>To assume responsibility for management of a defined caseload and exercise the highest standards of professional responsibility for the assessment, treatment and discharge of children, young people and their families/carers using specialist knowledge and evaluation of care programmes in collaboration with children, young people and their families/carers, liaising with and referring to relevant agencies.</p> <p>To participate in a duty rota including receipt and screening of referrals, obtaining further information if needed and responding promptly to emergency requests for assessments or contact, signposting, and advice.</p> <p>To undertake assessment of children, young people including risk assessment, gathering appropriate information their family/ carers and other relevant agencies</p> <p>To develop a formulation and plan for intervention with the child, young person and parents/carers. Communicate this to the referrer/other relevant professionals</p> <p>To offer therapeutic, evidence-based practiced, interventions in line with NICE guidelines.</p> <p>To implement, co-ordinate and regularly review further assessment and a range of therapeutic interventions, including risk management,</p> <p>To routinely monitor effectiveness of clinical work by use of Routine Outcome Measures (ROM)</p> <p>Ensure that the perspective of children, young people and families is incorporated into all aspects of assessment and treatment</p> <p>The role involves travel to other locations within MFT and within the local community.</p>

  <p>We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Psychologist to join our developing Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT) in Wigan (previously called Living Well).</p> <p>Wigan Community Mental Health services are going through an exciting period of change in line with Community Transformation. The post is based at Pendle House, Nelson, East Lancashire Eating Disorder Team. The team is part of the All Age Eating Disorder Service which covers Lancashire and South Cumbria and has close links with our other locality teams based in the Bay (Lancaster and South Cumbria), Fylde Coast, Central and West Lancashire providing multi-disciplinary specialist care for people who have an eating disorder. You will be joining a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of professionals with a passion for working with people who have eating disorders including psychological therapists, systemic family therapist, specialist mental health nurses, specialist dietitian and medical professionals.</p>   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will be joining the team at an exciting time of real development as the service works together to improve services for people who have an eating disorder. You will benefit from working with an enthusiastic, hardworking and supportive team who are committed to delivering high quality NICE compliant psychological therapies to people of all ages with an eating disorder. The post holder will receive regular supervision and professional support from either a psychologist or CBT therapist. The service is committed to training and development of staff and you would be supported to access training in eating disorder specific CBT models, if required.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will be expected to deliver low intensity CBT interventions mainly focused on the eating disorder. Interventions will be offered in both 1:1 and group formats.</p>
<p>Applications will be welcome from suitably qualified Associate Psychological Practitioners, who have completed the Postgraduate Diploma Associate Psychological Practitioner (PGDip APP).</p>

  <p>As an autonomous practitioner you will play a key part in the delivery of high-quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and well-being of children and young people, their families and carers.
