  <p>Would you like to work in a friendly and supportive Maternal Mental Health Service delivering a service across North Yorkshire and York to women experiencing maternal reproductive trauma and loss?</p>
<p>This is a new service and you will be working alongside other therapists delivering highly skilled psychological interventions at this difficult time in women's/families lives. We are looking to recruit a part time 30 hours per week Family Therapist to lead with Systemic interventions.</p>

<p>We are recruiting a permanent position at the CAMEO service, based at HMP Foston Hall, Derby - a personality disorder treatment service based within the prison estate for female service users who have complex needs.</p>
<p>You will be part of the Secure Care and Offender Health Team and trust wide Arts Psychotherapies Service. Across the trust in recent years, the provision of art, music and drama therapies has grown significantly, and we are proud to offer a career structure from entry-level to Consultant Art Psychotherapist. We have a network of arts psychotherapists located in Community Hubs, Secure Care and Offender Health, and Specialist Services. We welcome applications from motivated people interested in working with complex presentations, including personality disorders, who have the skill, knowledge and experience to balance clinical need with risk management.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>We are a diverse team who thrive on developing new opportunities and offering high quality, personalised and evidence-based interventions to people with complex and persistent mental health difficulties. We are looking to recruit people from a range of diverse backgrounds with an interest in working with, supporting and enhancing the lives of people who have experienced adverse life experiences, including trauma and neglect, and have a history of offending behaviour. </p> <p>The service has identified resources supporting continuing professional development, including excellent multi-model supervision structures. The post holder will support the direct assessment, formulation and delivery of interventions to address the full range of complex forensic mental health problems. They will also produce risk assessments and behavioural management plans as a Lead Clinician and be key in providing psychologically informed advice and support for those directly involved in the care of the individual. They would also support training, supervision and evaluation of the delivery of individual behavioural management plans, risk management activity and service user involvement. The post holder will have experience in supervising others and be able to identify and co-ordinate the need for systemic support.</p>

  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <ul>  <li>You will be offering art psychotherapy to patients on an individual and group basis to support the therapeutic environment on the ward and support patients to manage their distress and facilitate stabilisation.</li>  <li>You willas hold a consultation and leadership role in the ward, developing skills in assessment and practice within a group context.</li>  <li>You will have skills to intervene via a range of formats e.g. ward groups, staff consultation, families/carers and the MDT.</li> </ul>

  <p>We are looking for an experienced or newly qualified clinician to work across the Central Bristol Crisis Team.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Various locations within Central Bristol.</p> <p>The post will be based in the Central Bristol Community Mental Health team base.</p> <p>The successful applicant will provide specialist assessment, formulation, intervention and evaluation, alongside staff training, supervision, consultation, advice and support to the teams they are working within.</p> <p>The Bristol Crisis Service provides a rapid response to people in acute mental health crisis, offering assessment and immediate intervention and treatment within a person's home or a community setting.</p> <p>Working into the Crisis team will provide an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in working psychologically with people experiencing acute mental health crises. <p>MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Clinical</p> <p>To contribute to psychological assessment and formulation of individuals and groups, for example through direct observation, psychometric testing, semi-structured interviews and writing appropriate reports.To provide individually tailored psychological interventions to meet the needs of allocated clients.To support the integrated team to implement programmes arising from such assessment and individually tailored psychological interventions.To provide written assessments/reports in a timely manner and/or contribute to MDT reports and attend meetings as required.To monitor and evaluate programmes and advise managers when problems and difficulties arise.To be actively involved in the weekly Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) consult team meetings, DBT skills group and contribute to monitoring fidelity to the treatment model.To contribute to the management of risk with the wider integrated team.To ensure appropriate confidentiality.To liaise with Registered Managers, education staff and other members of the multi-agency team, including external professionals.To represent the clinical team within external and in-house meetings (where appropriate).To engage flexibly with clients and other members of the integrated team at Branas Isaf, families and multi-agency team to promote constructive working relationships.
