  <p><em>This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas &amp; Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route. Two days are allocated for review and three days to treatment. This arrangement is contingent upon service requirement, and there is a possibility of an increase in the number of days spent in review with additional review sites being added. This is a rotational post, and the post holder will be required to travel to both Brighton and Eastbourne. The working hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM, with on-call duties and shifts. The timings may be adjusted based on service requirements.</p>    <p>Our sites are equipped with state-of-the-art technology including Elekta Versa HD Linacs, Tomotherapy units, and Philips Widebore CT scanners.   <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>You will provide professional radiotherapy services within the Eastbourne Cancer Centre covering the planning, simulating, calculating and treatment of cancer patients as well as liaising effectively with the multidisciplinary team. Once experienced the post holder will have the responsibility for the daily running of the Linear Accelerator through set competency training.</p> <p>The post holder requires advanced clinical knowledge of radiotherapy procedures, tissue tolerances, and physiological reactions due to radiation exposure. The post holder practices in accordance with current legislation governing the use of ionizing radiation IR(ME)R.
