<p>If you’re looking to progress your career and be part a new and exciting partnership venture between Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust (SABP) and Elysium Healthcare, while making a vital contribution to the lives of young people aged 13-18 with general mental health Tier 4 presentations including disordered eating.&nbsp; </p>
<p>As a CYPMHS Consultant Psychiatrist employed by Elysium Healthcare but seconded to SABP through the hybrid clinical and operational model, you will deliver an evidence-based and focused treatment plan to support the children and young people, and their families, as they progress through their care plans to understand eating behaviours and restore physical health.&nbsp;</p>
<p>You will work alongside the talented and experienced multidisciplinary team to create tailored treatment programmes to support the individual needs of each young person within a warm and nurturing environment. This will allow you to understand symptoms, patterns and origins of psychological distress.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p>

  <p>We would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate your commitment to providing high quality care in Counselling for depression at Step 3 within Mind Matters Surrey, NHS Talking Therapies Service. You will be delivering counselling for depression at Step 3 following a stepped care model in line with the national Talking Therapies programme and latest NICE guidance for psychological interventions. The role involves delivering one to one Counselling, Assessments and therapeutic groups.</p>
<p>You must have completed or nearly completed the training in the Person Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CFD) IAPT with experience of working within a Talking Therapies service.</p>
<p>Applicants who have already successfully completed the PCE-CfD training will start at a band 7.</p>

  <p>To provide a comprehensive assessment and therapeutic service for adult patients with common mental health problems referred to the IAPT SABP service based on sound, evidence based psychological principles, and working within the context of primary care services.</p>
<p>You will be able to assess clients for suitability for Counselling and other modalities, and provide specialist psychological treatment based upon clearly accepted, evidence-based principles (N.I.C.E. guidelines for Depression). To treat common mental health problems, including mood and adjustment disorders and other problems not of a severity requiring multidisciplinary specialist mental health services.</p>
<p>Be able to make decisions on suitability of new referrals, adhering to the department's referral protocols, and refer unsuitable clients on to the relevant service or back to the referral agent as necessary. To make an assessment of risk for patient and others and take appropriate action when necessary.</p>

  <p>We are looking for a highly motivated Bank Band 6 physiotherapist to support the rehabilitation service at Farnham hospital. The role is comprised of 2 x 9-month rotations.</p><ul> <li>Inpatient Stroke Rehabilitation on Runfold ward, with some additional care of the elderly/neuro rehabilitation</li> <li>Split 60:40 neuro outpatients and community rehabilitation.</li></ul><p>You will be working as part of the multidisciplinary team working to provide rehabilitation for a wide range of neurological conditions. These patients may have acute or chronic neurological impairments often with complex presentations. In the inpatient stroke rehabilitation setting there will also be some input into Older peoples Rehabilitation .</p><p>You will be supported in the role by team leads who will steer the development of your role and clinical skills.</p><p>We actively participate in clinical supervision, in-service training and have an appraisal system to help develop you personally and your CPD. We also have a wide range of on-line training programmes to support your personal development. We support Band 5 physiotherapists on rotation and students from London and more local universities.</p><p>Base</p><p>Runfold ward, Farnham Hospital, Hale Road, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 0QS</p><p>The service operates Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm with the occasional weekend and bank holiday working requirement.</p>

  <p>As a Bank Band 6 Physiotherapist you will:</p><ul> <li>To deliver high quality evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation to support the management of patients with a range of conditions.</li> <li>To maintain accurate records in line with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy standards and Trust and service standards and policies.</li> <li>To communicate effectively with all disciplines involved in patient care, both within the organisation and those outside to ensure effective multidisciplinary working.   <p>Are you an experienced, professional Diagnostic Radiographer with a commitment to quality patient care and the drive to work within a high performing team? If so we invite you to join our friendly and dynamic Diagnostic Radiology Department at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.</p>
<p>Due to expansion of the service, we currently have vacancies for a number of enthusiastic Band 6 Radiographers to work in our MRI department. The successful candidate must have at demonstrable post-registration skills and experience in MRI imaging.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The successful applicant will work within the busy Diagnostic MRI department at the main Royal Berkshire Hospital site, participating in service delivery to a diversity of inpatient and outpatient presentations. There will also be opportunity for rotation to our Community Diagnostic Centre at West Berkshire Community Hospital, where a new state of the art MRI scanning facility is under development.</p>
<p>You must be adaptable and be prepared to work evenings and weekends as part of seven-day service delivery.</p>
<p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work effectively, both autonomously and within a team environment.</p>

  <p>Our busy Radiology department carries out a wide range of general and specialist examinations, including, Plain film, CT, MRI &amp; interventional procedures. We have recently been awarded the title 'University Department of Radiology' for our involvement in research and education in conjunction with the University of Reading.</p>
<p>As a progressive teaching department for Radiographers we have established links to universities and actively encourage CPD and role extension, with support available to pursue academic courses and develop your career within a supportive and friendly environment. Our department offers excellent training and development opportunities with funding available for a variety of courses. We currently have staff training in Ultrasound, plain film reporting and PG Cert/Diploma in CT and Health Management as well as attendance on a variety of study days.</p>

<p>The Royal Surrey Cancer Centre is focused on providing excellent patient pathways and patient-centred care.We strive to continuously evolve to reflect the technical advances within Radiotherapy, and work closely as a multi-professional team to achieve this. We have two Varian Halcyon units and a Varian Ethos unit, which enable us to deliver daily online adaptive radiotherapy. These units complement our four Varian TrueBeams and 3 CT Scanners across the two sites, within an Aria environment. External beam treatment planning is carried out using the Varian Eclipse system, and includes use of knowledge-based planning, autocontouring and scripting for automated workflows. We use MR imaging in treatment planning and further development of PET/CT is underway. The successful candidate will manage the planning team, initiating and leading on research and development projects to enable continuing implementation and expansion of state-of-the-art radiotherapy techniques.They will provide scientific support at the highest level for all aspects of the external beam radiotherapy service and ensure production of accurate, safe treatment plans within appropriate timescales.</p>



  <h3>Main duties of the job</h3>
  <p>The post is based in our main site at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford.  Guildford gives easy access to the beautiful North &amp; South Downs Way, is an hour from the coast and has great transport links to the surrounding counties of Berkshire, Hampshire and Sussex.  The city offers cultural diversity, is home to the University of Surrey and it is great place to reside and explore. On occasion, attendance at our satellite centre at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill will be required.</p>
