Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (minimum requirement)
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in university or career counselling within an international school setting
- In-depth knowledge of international university admissions processes and criteria across various countries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, faculty, and external institutions
- Ability to provide tailored guidance based on individual student strengths, interests, and aspirations
- Proficiency in using digital tools for research, presentations, and managing student records related to university applications
