Malvern College Hong Kong opened its doors to pupils in 2018 has grown to be one of the leading schools in the territory. Its sister schools in Asia, including Malvern College Chengdu and Malvern College Tokyo have also been developing a strong reputation in its region. With strong links to Malvern College, a leading independent school in Worcestershire, England, the school group seeks to appoint an inspirational University Guidance Counsellor.The University Guidance Counsellor will be a key member of our pastoral and academic team, responsible for providing expert guidance to students in Years 10-13 (ages 14-18) as they navigate the university application process. This role focuses on maximizing pupils' potential to achieve outstanding IB results and secure offers from elite universities, including Oxbridge, Russell Group institutions in the UK, Ivy League and top-tier US universities such as Stanford. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pupil success, deep knowledge of global admissions landscapes, and the ability to inspire and support a diverse student body in an international setting.
This is a full-time position based in Hong Kong, with opportunities for professional development and collaboration with international networks.
