Action Together in Oldham is looking for a Children, Young People and Families Counsellor to join the TOGS Mind CYPF Directorate on a fixed term basis until March 2027. The role involves delivering person-centred counselling and emotional support to children aged 8-18 within the community-based Take 5 Hub.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum level 4 diploma in Person Centred Counselling and experience managing a caseload of young clients. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt communication to the needs of young people are essential.
