Thomas Tallis is a flourishing and popular school situated in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We currently have over 2000 pupils on the school roll with around 700 students in our highly competitive sixth form. We strive for excellence in all that we do underpinned by our vision of education to understand the world and change it for the better.We wish to appoint a first-class Therapeutic Group Facilitator to support identified students by providing early help for those who are awaiting counselling via group and 1:1 sessions. You will support students in a safe and secure environment, offering appropriate support as necessary based on student need. The working days are Mon, Tues and Wed.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience writing and delivering therapeutic group work focused on SEMH needs
• Experience of working with secondary age children
• a professional, calm, patient and compassionate manner
