We’re looking for a Senior Wellbeing Specialist to join our team and help deliver a high-quality, evidence-based service across the EKFB contract.

About the Role:

Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, 08.15 to 16.45 (normal working hours). Alternative hours (early start / late finish) may be required to support client’s needs.

As a Wellbeing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to support employee health and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with the client, clinicians, and wider teams to develop and implement impactful strategies, deliver engaging health promotion activities, and provide clinical support focused on lifestyle behaviour change.

Your role will include:

Designing and delivering health and wellbeing strategies aligned with client goals

Running workshops, training sessions, and campaigns on topics like nutrition, sleep, stress, and resilience

Conducting health screenings and interpreting results to create tailored action plans

Creating engaging materials such as leaflets, posters, and videos to support health initiatives

Using motivational interviewing and coaching techniques to support behaviour change

Building strong relationships with employees, managers, and subcontractors to embed a culture of wellbeing

Supporting policy development, data analysis, and business case creation for health initiatives

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in occupational health, wellbeing, or a related field

Strong knowledge of health promotion theory and evidence-based practice

Confident in delivering training and workshops to diverse audiences

Skilled in clinical assessments and interpreting health data

Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and travel as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online systems

Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and quality standards (ISO 9001, 27001, SEQHOS, IIP)
