HoursMonday to Sunday from 08:00 - 18:30.There is an expectation to work one weekend in 6, on a rolling shift pattern.SalaryThis position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £49,175per annum - depending on experience. - Undertake assessments and manage and caseload for patients referred into Mental health services

- Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Workers (Mental Health), Occupational Therapists (Mental Health), Speech and Language Therapists (Mental Health)
- Experience of working within mental health settings, developing knowledge and understanding of this patient group
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- Experience of working collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary environment
