Job Title: SEN Music Therapist
Location: West Drayton
Contract Type: Part-Time (Term-time only)
Salary: 100 - 120 per day (D.O.E)
Veritas Education are currently working with a variety of different Special Needs/SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) Schools around North West London. We currently have multiple SEN roles available, including a SEN Music Therapist role in West Drayton.

SEN Music Therapist - Job Description
- Plan & deliver individual and group music therapy sessions using instruments.
- Facilitate communication, self-expression, and emotional regulation through structured musical activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: SENCOs & Teachers.
- Select and maintain therapy instruments and adapt musical tools to meet individual sensory or physical needs.
- Regularly monitor and review student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
SEN Music Therapist - Requirements
- Worked in a mainstream SEN or SEMH schools supporting children or young adults displaying challenging behaviour.
- Experience teaching music to children with learning difficulties.
- Ideally a degree in Music, Psychology or Education.
