We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled school counsellor to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide social, emotional and academic support for students across the school, working closely with staff and families to promote wellbeing and positive mental health.Key Requirements:
• A recognised counselling, psychology, or social work qualification (minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred).
• Proven school-based experience, with previous UAE experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support children and young people through individual sessions, small-group interventions, and whole-school wellbeing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality protocols, and best practice in pastoral care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, leaders and external agencies.
