The successful candidate will build relationships founded on trust and respect with students, parents, and staff, and work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the wider school community to promote wellbeing. They will lead all aspects of counselling services, liaise closely with wellness, inclusion, and safeguarding teams, and contribute to the leadership of whole-school wellness initiatives. In addition, the role involves coordinating programs for parental and community engagement on topics related to student wellbeing, supporting professional development for educators in areas of social and emotional growth, and presenting the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who can champion student wellness and foster a culture of care and support across the school.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in establishing RLS as a 'Global Leader in Education,' delivering an engaging, modified UK National Curriculum in a dynamic and research-driven environment.
