Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals recovering from illness or injury, helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Working in a brain injury rehabilitation service is fast paced, and dynamic as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life.

We support individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence and independence with the aim to return home or to more independent living. The Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. The role includes all aspects of personal care, cooking and cleaning.
All our inspected services have been awarded a very rare 'Outstanding' in all areas in their CQC inspection, making us this highest rated social care provider in England. This is due to the great environment and outcomes in working with individuals regain their lives after accident or injury.

This role is on a rota basis which includes evening and weekend work.
Bank/ occasional, part time and full time positions are available (13/19.5/26/33/ 40 hrs contracts available).
