Recovery Worker

Are you seeking a new permanent opportunity to support adults with mental health issues? Exciting new opportunities for Recovery Workers to provide support to adults with mental health needs.

Working for a leading mental health charity we are seeking skilled Recovery Workers to work within a supported accommodation service for males and females with mental health issues.

The role:

• To provide support to adults with mental health supporting with day to day support
• Work with individualised support plans, offering therapeutic and practical support
• Support with any medication needs where required
• Be flexible to work on a rota basis including early, late and sleep in shifts

The ideal person:

• Ideally you will have experience of supporting adults with mental health needs
• Be flexible, proactive and a good team player
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to communicate well with people, both verbal and written
• Good IT skills and ability to produce accurate report writing. Hold strong values and have a genuine interest in supporting people with mental health needs.
• Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care
