Hybrid Working
Lakeside / New Office Warrington 2 days Per Week, 3 days remote working.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (flex required to support business needs.)
Requirement to work Bank Holidays on a rotational basis - 9am to 5:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing
Champion Quality: Audit and assess counselling delivery across EAP, Psychological Services, and affiliate counsellors to ensure excellence and consistency.
Drive Improvement: Identify areas for development, challenge practices constructively, and embed learning across teams.
Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with practitioners, managers, and clinical leads to share insights and implement positive changes.
Shape Policy: Ensure compliance with PAM policies and professional guidelines (EAPA, BACP/NCPS, NICE) and contribute to policy updates.
Lead Development: Deliver training and guidance to managers, supporting them in maintaining high standards.
Analyse & Report: Turn audit findings into actionable plans that strengthen service delivery and enhance user experience.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and/or Psychotherapy
BACP Registered Member (or equivalent), ideally working towards accreditation
Experience:
Previous audit or quality assurance experience
Strong IT skills, including MS Office and advanced Excel
Personal Attributes:
Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated
Able to work under pressure and keen to learn

Salary range
- £38,000 - £42,000 per year
