Sybil Elgar School in Ealing is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Positive Behaviour Coordinator for a 10-month maternity cover, with the exciting possibility of a permanent role thereafter.

The Role:

As our Psychologist, you'll play a key role in promoting positive behaviour strategies across the school. You'll work closely with staff, students, and families to develop and implement tailored interventions that support emotional wellbeing and behavioural development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on positive behaviour support planning and implementation.
• Provide psychological assessments and interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Deliver training and guidance to staff on behaviour strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Psychology (essential).
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a relevant setting.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive and energetic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience or interest in working with autistic children and young people.
