  • Provide case formulations, behavioural strategies, and risk assessments tailored to individual client needs.

  • Contribute to the overall care planning process in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

  • Deliver staff training and reflective practice sessions to support therapeutic consistency and psychological safety across the team.

    • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within a neuro-rehabilitation, brain injury, or inpatient mental health setting.

    • Strong knowledge of neuropsychological assessment tools and evidence-based therapeutic models (e.g. CBT, ACT, systemic approaches).

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Desirable:

    • Experience delivering psychological interventions in inpatient or community neuro settings.

    • Previous experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours or cognitive impairments following ABI/TBI.

    • Skills in clinical supervision and/or staff training.
