Our client who is an award-winning, APPTS Accredited provider of Mental Health Services is experiencing a planned period of substantial growth and requires a number of qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner's to join their team whilst they enjoy a period of planned substantial growth.

These positions are offered on either a part-time or full time basis, working fully REMOTE Mon-Fri. Part-time roles are a minimum of 3 days per week.

Suitable candidates will be BABCP or BPS Registered

Main job duties:

As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you will:

Remotely assess, triage, and deliver, under supervision, outcome focused, evidence-based interventions to patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

To deliver treatment to patients experiencing varying mental health difficulties.

To deliver a range of support for evidence-based treatments, including: telephone, media or typed.

Undertake accurate assessment of risk to self and others, in doing so to correctly manage and escalate any identified risk.

Apply sound theoretical knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions, using a range of short-term therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of referred clients.

Through supervision and case management to escalate cases where the level of need becomes beyond the scope of your role or more severe in presentation.

Adhere to the service referral protocols. Under supervision signpost unsuitable referrals to the relevant service as necessary.

Manage a clinical caseload in line with guidance from the Team Lead, relevant professional standards, and the PWP Code of Practice.

Keep coherent records of all activity in line with service protocols and use these records and outcome data to inform decision making. Complete all requirements relating to data collection.

QUALIFICATIONS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

. Qualification from a recognised PWP Training Course (Postgraduate Certificate or Level 3 Undergraduate Course) - (E)

. Full Relevant professional registration with either BABCP or BPS (E)

. Evidence of continuing professional development (E)

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

. Experience of working with a range of mental health conditions - (E)

. Experience in assessing and treating a range of mental health conditions - (E)

. Experience of working with a range of individual presenting with common mental health conditions (E)

. Evidence of high standards of written communication (E)

. Ability to produce clear, accurate reports and professional correspondence (E)

. Experience in the Corporate Market (D)

. Experience in delivering therapy on a one-to-one basis - (E)

. Experience in delivering workshops - (D)

. Previous experience working in public and private healthcare (E)

Salary range
