Role: Primary Behaviour Mentor
Location: South-west London
Contract: Full time
Pay: £95-£100 per day

At anzuk, we are dedicated to fostering inclusive education. We re currently seeking Behaviour Mentors to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young students through empathy, kindness, and the strength of genuine connection.
We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor who will:
- Prioritise safety and well-being, especially for students with challenging behavior, creating a secure educational environment
- Offer specialised one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND challenges
- Collaborate with the class teacher to manage challenging behaviours
- Encourage a positive and inclusive classroom, implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviours effectively
- Provide targeted support for social and emotional development, address challenging behaviours and promote positive interactions
- Work collaboratively with staff and specialists to develop and implement comprehensive behaviour plans
- One of the most experienced teams in the area, we can offer training for this role
- Use of advanced technology to improve your experiences such as a bookings app
- Online training platform as well as regular interactive training webinars
- Social events with like-minded professionals
- International teaching opportunities (Australia, New Zealand)
