About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored tutorials and 1:1 support sessions in maths and English.
- Track progress for learners, especially those with EHCPs or at risk of disengagement.
- Develop and teach a real-world-focused Personal Development curriculum.
- Promote and support assistive technology for independent learning.
- Collaborate with staff and families to create wraparound student support.
- Lead enrichment activities that enhance life skills and wellbeing.
- Mentor new colleagues and contribute to team training and development.
What We re Looking For
- Experience supporting young people or learners in an educational, youth work, or pastoral setting.
- Good understanding of safeguarding, EHCPs, and student support services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Confidence using digital learning tools and a keen interest in assistive technology.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for going the extra mile.
- Minimum GCSEs in Maths and English.
- A Level 3 Teaching Qualification is desirable but not essential.
