Operations Lead – Physio Solutions
Are you a passionate MSK clinician who’s ready to step into a leadership role where you can shape high‑quality care, develop others, and influence the future of occupational health services?
Join PPS and become part of a forward‑thinking, supportive clinical team dedicated to excellence, innovation, and professional growth.
About the role
At PPS, our values sit at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to helping our people grow — whether that’s supporting your leadership ambitions, expanding your clinical expertise, or giving you the flexibility to work in a way that balances your professional and personal life.

Coaching, training and auditing clinicians to support their growth
Recognising skill gaps and helping shape robust training pathways
Supporting recruitment and retention of an expert MSK workforce
You’ll work closely with Regional Operations Directors, Account Managers and Client Services teams to ensure our services meet client needs, resolve escalations, support change management and contribute clinical expertise to client meetings.
Alongside leadership, you’ll maintain a clinical caseload (approx. 35% of your time), managing complex MSK cases and ensuring the highest standards of evidence‑based care.
