We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team in a remote capacity. This role focuses on the review, interpretation, and reporting of health surveillance and medical data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, with the ability to analyse large volumes of sensitive medical information, compare current data with historical records, and produce clear, timely reports to support clinical decision-making and compliance. The role supports our nationwide team of occupational health technicians to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, agencies and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret health surveillance data, including audiometry, spirometry, and vision screening.

Analyse medical records and clinical data for trends, abnormalities, and compliance with occupational health standards.

Compare current findings with historical data to identify changes in health status or emerging risks.

Prepare concise, accurate, and timely reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Collaborate with occupational health professionals, physicians, and clinical operations teams as needed.

Escalate significant findings or concerns in accordance with clinical protocols.

Support continuous improvement in data review processes and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with the NMC - No restrictions

Graduate/postgraduate qualification in occupational health

Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health.

Proficiency in interpreting clinical data and medical records.

Proficient in, and having evidence of, occupational spirometry and audiometry.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written communication skills for report writing.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Salary range
