Your Role

As an Occupational Health Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality health screening and surveillance services to our client’s employees. You’ll work closely with clinicians, managers, and employees to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and professional care.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver health screening and surveillance services in line with client standards

Conduct drug and alcohol testing, health & safety checks

Support health promotion activities including wellbeing presentations and drop-in sessions

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection principles

Travel to other sites to provide cover for annual leave and sickness (minimised where possible)

Ensure medical equipment is calibrated and safety tested

Support new team members and contribute to a positive team culture

Monitor and maintain compliance with internal systems (OHIO) and KPIs

Uphold confidentiality and deliver an excellent customer experience

What You’ll Bring

NMC registration with no restrictions

Driving License and access to a vehicle

Experience in health screening and promoting healthy living

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office & internet-based systems)

Highly organised and process-driven approach

Ability to work collaboratively across departments

Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service

Understanding of confidentiality and professional standards
