PAM Group, a leading provider of Occupational Health services across the UK, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Occupational Health Nurse - Stirling, Central Belt to join our dedicated Occupational Health team. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Delivering a full range of Occupational Health services including medical screenings, immunisations, and phlebotomy.
Supporting the wider OH team and stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Attending client sites across different locations as directed by your line manager.
Providing evidence-based care and clinical assessments to employees.
Participating in clinical supervision and supporting the development of team members.
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies and NMC guidelines.
Contributing to audits, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Actively engaging in team meetings and collaborative projects.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (no restrictions).
Trained in immunisations and phlebotomy - advantageous
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
IT literate and comfortable using MS Office and clinical systems.
Understanding of PGD/Written Instruction frameworks and the National Immunisation Schedule.
Awareness of cold chain processes and informed consent principles.
Willingness to travel to different client sites (a driving licence is preferred).

Salary range
