Mental Health Support Worker - Female

Airmid are now recruiting for Female Support Workers in the Portsmouth area , with experience with Learning Disabilities & ASD . We're seeking a dedicated professional to provide care in a Residential Setting in Fareham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care
• Be proactive with managing behaviour & de-escalation
• Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a small team
• Must be able to maintain a high level of care
• Must be trained in PMVA, or Control & restraint

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK

• 6+ months of personal care experience (hospital, nursing home, or home care)

• DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one

• Basic Life Support & Moving/Handling training
