The Role
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will:
- Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments
- Support personalised learning and behaviour strategies
- Building positive relationships with staff and children
- Encourage emotional regulation, confidence and positive behaviour
- Providing 1-1 and small group support for children with Mental Health needs
About You
The Ideal Mental Health Support Worker will be compassionate, patient and proactive, with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people. Psychology graduates are encouraged to apply, although candidates with relevant SEN, Care, Youth Work or support experience are welcome.
