Here at Lindsey Court, our supportive community is growing, and we're excited to be expanding our team as we welcome and transition a third individual into our service. What You'll Do:- Building a trusting, respectful relationships.
- Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and community access.
- Encouraging interests and introducing new activities.
- Working with colleagues and PBS leads to reduce behaviours of concern.
- Providing consistent, structured support to build J's independence over time.
- Have experience in the care/support sector.
- Understand or have worked with individuals with complex needs, behaviours that challenge and mental health.
- Be patient, proactive, and pragmatic.
- Work well as part of a close-knit team.
- Be consistent and dependable - stability.
- Experience working with challenging behaviour and learning disabilities.
- Day shifts/Sleeping Nights: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
- Part-time work available (typically 1-3 shifts per week).
- We cannot offer split shifts due to the structure and consistency needed for J.
- Waking Nights: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
- Industry-specific and bespoke training, tailored to the individual you support (incl. PBS).
