Responsibilities <ul><li>Offer a flexible range of short-term and longer-term mental health interventions to primary and secondary aged children and young people.</li><li>Provide individual and group-based support.</li><li>Deliver workshops and mental health themed activities.</li><li>Provide crisis support.</li><li>Develop new initiatives and ways of working to support young people's mental health across South London.</li></ul> Qualifications and qualities <ul><li>A mental health qualification is required.</li><li>At least two years' experience of working with young people.</li><li>Open and flexible attitude; excellent engagement skills; and a passion for working with children and young people around mental health.</li></ul> How to apply If you are interested in applying for this role with OTR, please download the recruitment pack and submit to
