As a Mental Health Assistant, You Will
- Provide emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day
- Work 1:1 with pupils to support emotional regulation and coping strategies
- Assist during lessons to help pupils remain engaged and calm
- Support the implementation of individual behaviour and wellbeing plans
- Work alongside teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals
