As a Mental Health Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring every student feels safe and supported at school. Many of these students find it difficult to manage their emotions and to form health relationships with others. You will serve as a positive role model for all pupils, supporting their development of social skills, emotional regulation and academic success. You will also help assist the class teacher, to ensure all lessons run smoothly.
