This newly created role is a unique opportunity for a dynamic Marketing leader to shape the
future of workplace health and wellness. Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll
be both strategic and hands-on, someone who thrives on creativity, execution, and impact.

and enjoy innovating to scale businesses. The scope of the role includes brand
development, lead generation, and customer communications across the PAM product
suite.

do the heavy lifting. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, with the chance to shape how
PAM presents itself to the market — and how we grow.
While a remote role, monthly travel to Warrington may be required, salary negotiable based on experience.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Develop and own the full marketing roadmap across PAM, covering brand,
product, and customer marketing.
Deliver a compelling brand narrative that unites our diverse services — including
Occupational Health, Wellness, Physio, and CHI Ireland.
Build a high-performance, impact-driven marketing engine, supported by external
partners.
Align marketing plans directly with revenue targets and commercial priorities.
Define KPIs, track performance, and optimise campaigns using both AI and data-
driven insights.
Establish a programmatic approach to customer marketing, driving engagement,
retention, and growth.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Bid Management, and
Product teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth.
Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to execution.
Deep understanding of the sales cycle and how marketing can influence each
stage.
Ownership mentality — you take accountability and drive projects forward.
Marketing analytics experience and expertise; a data-driven thinker.
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology is a plus, but not essential.

Salary range
- £70,000 - £100,000 per year
