Location: Greater Manchester

Salary Package: 450 per day negotiable depending on experience

NonStop Care is currently supporting one of our clients in Greater Manchester, with the recruitment of a Locum Educational Psychologist for an initial half-term assignment starting after Easter.

Working pattern: Hybrid (face-to-face work in schools alongside home-based report writing)

This opportunity offers a balanced caseload across statutory and traded services, with a strong emphasis on delivering tailored support to schools through established service level agreements.

Key responsibilities of the Locum Educational Psychologist:

• Deliver services to schools under a service level agreement model
• Carry out individual assessments and consultation work based on school needs
• Manage a mixed caseload (statutory work not predominant)
• Work within a defined patch area

Requirements of the Locum Educational Psychologist:

• Minimum 4-5 years' experience within a local authority EP service
• Ideally experience within a traded service
• Strong commitment, reliability, and ability to manage workload independently
